    Not happy with it it doesn’t cool enough and there’s always water speeding. I don’t like this project. I wish I could bring it back.

    It never worked, it doesn't get cold. The cold mechanism gets frost encrusted and unable to return it.

    Bough for a small room but can only feel cool air when you are stand directly in from of unit

      We are sorry to hear your air conditioner isn't cooling well. We recommend making sure the filter is cleaned every 30 days and check your coils to ensure they are free of any dirt buildup. Consider the temperature of the room when the air conditioner was first turned on. If the room was very hot, it will take longer to cool the room. When heat is stored up in walls, furniture, rugs and draperies, it will take longer to cool the room down. Whenever possible, turn the Air Conditioner on before the room heats up. Make sure your windows are not open, allowing warm air back into the area that is being cooled.     I bought this AC and had it about a week and a half. It was in a 130 sq ft bedroom, well within the capability of the 5000BTU. The AC was always 4°F higher than what the AC stated. 64 was 68, 66 was 70, etc. It would remove the humidity in the room while running during the day, but overnight it would not. Bizarre.

    Piece of crap! Haven’t even had it a month and it broke! Fan not spinning and not throwing out any cool air! DON’T BUY!!! Can’t take it back to the store for refund because it’s supposedly to late, have to call manufacturer for a refund!

    This air conditioner is noisy and does not cool enough your room. My bedroom is small and this AC was unable to keep it cool during hot summer days. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

    Bought this for a small 50sq ft bedroom. Couldn't even cook the bedroom. Exchanged it, same thing with the new one. Returned it.
