    This might be the best A/C we have ever purchased. When asked where to get one by my wife, without hesitation I told her Best Buy! They always have the best products as long as I remember. We've bought quite a few things there even a very dependable remote car starter for new car also. Thank you Best Buy Employees Also!!

    Got this for the master bedroom and it works fast and cools the room in no time! I took away a star because it went on sale a few weeks after I bought it. I wish I waited

    AC works well in upstairs bedroom in house with no central cooling system. One unit in two bedrooms at opposite ends of house with aid of box fans pulling cool air into rest of the upstairs. Beats the outdoor temps.

    Works fine but the room amhas to be very small. The second one I brought was broken the fan blade was broken didn't want to fight with best buy so called it a lost. But the first one was good.

    Works great, easy to install, and reliable. Typical GE. Much better than Midea/Insignia's equivalent model. The filter can be tough to clean and reinstall, but that's typical of small ACs these days.

    let me tell ya, when it's 100 degrees out and your Central Air dies on you... this will chill a bedroom with ease. In fact we got another one for our living room and it was ALMOST big enough to chill that also.

    Great unit! Pay attention at the beginning of the instructions to whether you have a storm window or not. If you have a storm window you will most likely need to purchase a piece of wood at your local hardware store. Once we figured that out we had no issues installing it! We put it up in our living room when our AC went out, and it got cold within 2 hours. We put a sheet up in our walkway from the living room to the kitchen to keep the air contained in a smaller space, highly recommend doing that.
