Smallest I could find for my tiny window. It is a 3 prong but it does cool my standard living room.

Exactly what I needed for a guest room. Cools the room just right. I only wish it came with an extender for the window because I did not want to drill into the window frames. I live in a rental.

This unit does cool our bedroom, our A/C unit wasnt keeping up this year so we bought a window unit to help cool the house down. Would ourchase again.

Air conditioner works great. The only complaint is that you cannot change the airflow up or down so this may blow air directly on a bed or sofa.

This window unit was easy to install, it looks good and operates as expected. We have only had the unit operating for about a week, so I don't have a read on its efficiency yet, but it cycles on and off when in Eco mode to save energy.

Does its job.. remote easy to use and during power outage it came back on with the power without a reset right back to the same settings

Great unit! Pay attention at the beginning of the instructions to whether you have a storm window or not. If you have a storm window you will most likely need to purchase a piece of wood at your local hardware store. Once we figured that out we had no issues installing it! We put it up in our living room when our AC went out, and it got cold within 2 hours. We put a sheet up in our walkway from the living room to the kitchen to keep the air contained in a smaller space, highly recommend doing that.

This unit has worked great for us. It was a bit if a pain to install with our storm windows, but we got it figured out.

First unit did not work. Had already paid for installation. Was able to get a new unit shipped from Best Buy within the return window. New unit working well, nice and cool. Recommend testing the operation of the AC before installing.
