1st unit failed, replacement working well

Was able to get a new unit shipped from Best Buy within the return window. New unit working well, nice and cool. Recommend testing the operation of the AC before installing.

We put one upstairs and one in the kitchen and ran fans to circulate. We are SO very pleased with how easy everything was. We love Best Buy. I bought it online and drove by and within an hour it was delivered into my trunk and we had it installed at the house.

This AC works great. In fact, it makes the room too cold. Id rather have something that surpasses my expectations than something that that is subpar.
