There is a significant difference in the temp of eco vs regular setting. The eco doesn’t feel cold at all.

We have only had the unit operating for about a week, so I don't have a read on its efficiency yet, but it cycles on and off when in Eco mode to save energy.

Only need for one room during the warmer months so don't use it that often. Hoping it will last a while with little wear and tear.
