works good ,it's not noisy, Not crazy abbout set up for installing ,seen easier more practical and easy structural setups. I seen GE products in my homes ,work since very young ,I definitly trust the brand when it comes to home appliances! And that's coming from a person that was born in Central America! Service a little spotty at Best buy ...seem to be short handed another point,this baby is not heavy at all !...RIGTH SIZE RIGHT WEIGH

Good small room unit. Easily cools a 180 sq ft bedroom. The remote and digital termometer with auto setting are a great feature. Fairly easy to install.

Perfect AC unit for a small to medium sized bedroom. Relatively quiet and good functionality. Cools down a 15'x12' bedroom in about 10 minutes. Would have been a 5-star if there was a timer setting for automatic shutoff.

Bought this for my sons apartment bedroom due to a less than adequate HVAC system. Easy to install, priced right and works as I had hoped it would. His room is approx 8’X12’ and it cools it down quickly and runs relatively quiet. Recommend.

My bedroom is about 12 feet by 16 feet..not counting the closets..and it is perfect! Cools down quickly. Not the most quietest little unit..but I have yet to come across any window unit that does not emit noise. Very east install and it is LIGHT! Highly recommend.

I put this in my daughter's bedroom which is pretty small - maybe 120sq ft. and it cools the room quickly and isn't too loud. Seems like a solid basic AC - the one thing I like is the digital temp (instead of some cheaper ACs with a analog dial) since it can be tough to trust what the temp will be on those. It is worth springing for one with the digital temp so you can be sure the occupants will not be freezing or sweating. It also has a drain plug which is nice to avoid that sloshing sound and excess humidity. We also bought a 6,000 BTU LG that is similar price and that unit keeps the room too humid so we like this one better.

the unit is compact and light. Easy to transfer from one room to another. Overall, happy with the unit. Only good in cooling a small room just like the specs indicated.

Cools a large bed and bath very well. Small unit, runs quiet. Average install experience for a window unit: make sure it’s at a proper tilt, have extra weather stripping on hand, etc. Would purchase again.

2 years later and it's still working fantastic. I live in Florida and here we need A/C almost year round and after nearly 2 years of continuous use this air conditioner still functions just as well as it did when I first bought it. The Eco mode does actually result in energy savings as well. I work in HVAC and I have to say for window units this one is great.
