I was looking for a smaller fridge because my apartment isn’t very big and I have a washer I’m so glad I found this one fits great so if you are looking for a fridge that saves you space this is it I am in love works great no issues the space is ok after all it’s only 3 people in my house

Great fridge for the price. It’s in the smaller side but much bigger than an apartment fridge. Make sure you have enough room for the door to swing all the way open or you will not be able to open the bottom drawers. One downside is there is no meat/cheese drawer in the center.

I actually love this fridge it keeps my things cold and gets them that way fast and for the price it was a steal on sale as well wooh!! Can’t beat it I’d by again

After almost 30 years of service, I decided to finally replace my old RCA fridge from 1997 with this model. I've now had it for a little over a week and no complaints. Everything appears to be working as it should. Both fridge and freezer have tons of room. Motor isn't subtle but not noisy either, and seems to be strong. To each their own, but I've never seen the point of having a fancier type of fridge that has all the bells & whistles like WIFI, LCD screen, etc. Seems like just more things to go wrong. For my fridge needs, just keep my perishables and beer cold and we're good. It comes with the dial set to 3, the recommended cold setting, which has worked fine for me and should suffice for most. I've read a couple of reviews here who say that they switch it to 4 during the very hot and humid summer days, so I'll see if I need to do that during those times. A tip: make sure to clean the coils about every 6 months, something I did not do with my old fridge (and should have) but will definitely make a point of doing with this one.

Need to replace an old frig in my daughter’s college house. This fit the bill as we had space issues for both placement and getting up the old staircase. The Best Buy delivery team was fantastic. I gave them a very difficult task and they did it with no complaints. We have had very good results from all our GE appliances.

Installed GE 16.6 Refrigerator 4 weeks ago in the garage with temperatures running at 90F It replaced the previous 20 yr. old Kenmore. Online reviews are misleading. Not noisy, maintains right temperature in freezer and regular refrigerator areas. Well lit No water filtration or ice maker however Hopefully it will last 15-20 years

Not too big and not too small all purpose refrigerator. Works great! Also appreciate the quick delivery and installation from Best Buy.

I am very satisfied with this GE refrigerator. This is an almost perfect refrigerator for a single person. I really like its size, simple shape, good enough capacity, and the texture of its surface. This is my second time of using the same refrigerator from GE. I intentionally looked for the same one and was very happy to find from the Best Buy. However, the only concern that I have now is that my new refrigerator make rather louder noise when the compressor operates than my previous one. Sometimes the noise seems getting better, other times it bothers my nerve. I hope this problem goes away as time goes. Otherwise I will try to schedule an appointment with the Best Buy Service Center. If it were not for this noise problem, I would give a perfect five star for this product!

We purchase this as a second overflow refrigerator. It is perfect. It fits into the space where our 20 something year old one stood. Love it. Keeps the temperature perfectly.

We are very happy with the GE 16.6 Cu Ft Top- Freezer Refrigerator. The size is perfect for parents. Both freezer and refrigerator are working very well.

I wanted to get a new fridge before my 16 year old fridge broke down. I had seen this one at the Best Buy store in Danvers, Ma. when I had run in for something else. I was able to order it and get it delivered in a couple of days. The delivery went well, as did the switching of the hinges from the right side to the left, and the hauling away of my old fridge. So far, the fridge seems to be working well. There is one control with 5 settings for both the fridge and freezer section . Setting #3 is the recommended setting, but I have found that I prefer #4 during the hot weather. The freezer is keeping everything frozen without the build up of ice crystals on the contents that I had with my old fridge. There is no separate bin for cheese/cold cuts, etc but I find that a large square plastic container works just fine. The produce bins hold a reasonable amount of vegetables and keeps them fresh. The fridge runs quietly at some times , and is louder at other times; this seems to be its normal operating routine as this occurs daily at the same time. To date, I have no issues or problems, and hope it stays that way. I think this fridge would be a good choice for a smaller sized kitchen , or a household with 1-2 people.

Lovely little refrigerator perfect for two people. Nice adjustable wire racks are sturdy. Deep door drawers allow for gallon liquid storage. 2 crisper drawers. Easy temperature controls. Easy to clean.

I am very glad I bought my new refrigerator at Best Buy. I am really enjoying the available space in the refrigerator , and it is keeping all of my food very fresh.

I live in a condo and this refrigerator fit perfectly in my space. The measurements listed are very accurate to make the right choice. For a smaller frig it is perfect for 2-3 people. The insides are roomy and shelving it far enough apart to be able to see almost everything without digging. Keeping my food nice and cold. I would buy this frig again.

This is a great, little, bare bones, second refrigerator. It's exactly what I wanted and exactly what we need. The size is right for overflow when family is in town. We're very happy with it.

I bought an open box for my garage. It has a scratch on the door but the fridge works well. It cooks well and so far I’m very happy I wish it had meat or ice cube holders.

Our previous frig died and we needed this specific model to replace it because it was identical to the old one. It fits perfect in our pantry. So far it's working great. The most interesting thing was the great job Jose and Angel(?) did delivering and installing the frig. The had a great set of shoulder straps that allowed them to pick the old frig up to take it away and pick up the new one to walk it right into the house very easily. Great job guys. Keep up the great work.

Been running this non-stop in the ManCave basement. Does a great job and holds the correct freezer and refrig temps as it should. Great back up fridge as well if the main house fridge gives up the ghost. Compact size but a better buy for the money than the typical "dorm room" refrigerators. Professionally delivered and placed in my basement by BB.
