This refrigerator model has no deli compartment and too small butter space. Also, whenever opening the top or bottom door the fridge moves forward.

I gave this to my brother and made so happ. He loves it. No complaints delivery was perfect. And he is a senior they removed the old one. I do so much shopping at Best Buy.

Smaller than my previous refrigerator. I am getting Familia with this one.

The ease of getting an appointment for those individuals that work and trying to be there when the delivery is made is difficult when I gave them a time to be there they did not accommodate. I had to adjust my work schedule.

I asked for the door to be installed on the other side. The installer said to call and ask that it be changed. Why not do it right then? The Ice maker was disconnected and the shut off valve was dripping. I tried shutting it off tightly but it continued to leak. Had to call a plumber to install a new one. The men who came were polite and courteous, but seemed to be in a big hurry to get done and out

Cant go wrong with a GE branded appliance. They will never break down on you and their worth every penny.

We use many GE products for our properties and we are pleased with the feedback from our tenants. Best Buy has always been a reliable resource for our needs!

Refrigerator seems to be okay, but it was delivered with the wrong handle. They said they were going to send a new handle, been 4 weeks and nothing has arrived which is disappointing. Now I have to figure out how to contact someone about this.

FREEZER HAS A TEMP SWING OF 8-12 DEGREES. I AM SUPPOSE TO HAVE A GE TECH COME IN A FEW DAYS TO CHECK IT OUT. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS HOW BEST BUY RUNS THEIR BUSINESS. YOU CAN NOT SPEAK WITH ANYONE AT THE STORE BECAUSE YOUR PHONE CALL GETS AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED TO A CENTRAL POINT. I GOT TRANSFERRED 3 TIMES TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE THAT WERE USELESS IN ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. I GUESS I AM STUPID BECAUSE I HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TIME UNDERSTANDING THEM DUE TO THEIR HEAVY ACCIDENTS…ALL THREE OF THEM. WARNING IF YOU PLAN ON USING THIS FOR A GARAGE REFRIG/FREEZER… WE TOLD THE SALES REP AT THE STORE WE WANTED THIS FOR THE GARAGE. HE NEGLECTED TO TELL US ABOUT THIS FRIG IS NOTE A “GARAGE READY” MODEL. WHEN I READ THE OPERATORS MANUAL WHEN DELIVERED, IT STATED THAT “THIS MODEL WAS NOT GARAGE READY AND MIGHT NOT WORK IF THE GARAGE GETS BELOW 60 DEGREES”! WE ALSO BOUGHT A NEW FRIG FOR THE KITCHEN AT THE SAME TIME. BEST BUY HAS RESCHEDULED THE DELIVERY DATE 3 TIMES NOW. I AM ABOUT TO CANCEL THAT ONE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. BOTTOM LINE IS BEST BUY IS MORE THAN WILLING TO SELL PRODUCTS, BUT YOU BETTER NOT EXPECT ANY SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.

Great basic Fridge, dependable, keeps running forever. That’s why we bought it for our condo again! Will be buying the same one for our second condo next week. Highly recommended.
