    Due to the pandemic, it took a long time to get our freezer delivered but we absolutely love it! We switched from a chest freezer that we could never find anything in. This upright keeps things in plain sight and easy to organize. This is the only size freezer that would fit in the space we have and it is perfect. Not too big and not too small. Love it!

    The freezer came as promised and moved into place. They took away the old freezer. The electronic freezer control doesn't work - a GE serviceman will be here in a few days. The inside of the freezer is -25 degrees, the setpoint is 0 degrees and a high temp alarm is going off!

    While it took awhile to actually receive the freezer, it arrived when it was supposed to. Delivery crew was very friendly. With the cost of food and gas, we really needed a freezer for our garage and this works great.

    Love my new upright freezer. I place my frozen veggies in the door, larger items in the bottom bins, and all other items easily accessible grouped together. Love being able to see everything as soon as I open the door. So convenient.

    Works well and is about the same size as the one we replaced. I like how the LED light does a better job than the old incandescent lights. Cooled down very quickly.

    The only reason why I didn't give a 5, I can't get it to go colder then -6. My orther freezer is at -16. Don't understand it.
