    Freezer would not regulate temp and went down to -10 when it was set at 0. Waiting over a month for a new one after calling the day after delivery to report it not working properly. Not happy.

    Great product! Excellent interior lighting. Digital temperature gauge at eye level for the door and energy star rated. Delivery and set-up was excellent and on time! It’s worth being a tech member! They hauled way the of freezer and there was no charge for delivery or haul away!

    We were looking for an upright freezer for over a month when we finally found one at Best Buy. It arrived at said time and was easy to pick up at curbside. We are well pleased with the freezer, but have not had it for to long. No problems as of yet.

    Exchanged a frost free insignia freezer for a GE Frost Free Garage Ready freezer. Though i was getting the same space inside, each being 17.3. But i lost inside space depth. Plus the door on the GE does not close itself.

    Brand new GE freezer and keeps giving a false alarm. And I try to get service on it and GE says they don't have any service in this area and they had an offload it to a company out of Ohio that canceled the day that they were supposed to come so I'm really not happy
