Only had it a week so far. .......................

We were unsure as to the room we had for a new refrigerator. This actually was to small for the space. We exchanged it for the larger version.

I am very disappointed because the water and the ice maker didn't work. I am waiting for an upgraded replacement.

This is the worse refrigerator I have ever owned! It looked fabulous in the store but space wise it rates only a 1 star! The shelves on the doors are so small you literally can only use two of them for sticks of butter! And not adjustable! The ice maker would make ice but the cubes would keep sticking together and you couldn’t get ice out! We sold this and bought a different one!

Still waiting for the ice bucket nice fridge .....

This refrigerator is trash. The freezer is tiny. I’ve had it only two years and the freezer handle just complexity came off. Worst appliance purchase I’ve ever made.

Been without a fridge for two months bought the geek squad protection and no one is trying to help I wish I never went to this store Best Buy is the worst retail store I have ever had contact with

No interior light. Replacement was damaged as well. Still waiting on new replacement. Disapppointed in GE. Best Buy delivery team was awesome

Not a fan of this fridge at all! Aside from the constant upkeep to keep it clean on the outside from fingerprints & smudges (only one person using it mind you) the front display panel has a mind of it's own. Randomly changes temperature, and beeps, as if someone is standing in front of it holding the button! I have owned it for 5 years and it's been like this since the mfgr expired on it a year later.

The style is great. Have yet to move in to house which we bought it for, but all the times we have used it while building, it has all fingerprints/handprints on it. We open the door and handle has all smudges. We happen to touch the door while holding handle, and again all smudge marks. This drives me nuts! We have a fisher/paykal at last house and even though infrequently there will be finger marks, they come right off while using my norwex cloths! The norwex cloths don't even touch the GE frig as far as cleaning off the finger prints. Sales person said you won't see finger prints - wrong!

DON'T BUY! IT'S LEAKING AND RUSTING AFTER 4 MONTHS! We bought this refrigerator in April 2019. It worked great for four months and then started leaking. Damaged subfloor later, I was told by the GE warranty support that there was a loose nut inside the refrigerator that we did not install or touch when installing that was likely leaking that would not be covered by the warranty, but that she'd be happy to send a repair person who would charge me if the problem was found to not be something they considered to be under the warranty. I can see the junction that we connected and it's not leaking. Then I asked about small rust spots forming on the front (again after four months) and was told that the rust doesn't show up in the first seven days, it's on us. We've maintained stainless steel appliances for years without issues. I guess it was our mistake for spending $2K on a GE refrigerator. Grr!

I purchased this refrigerator from Bestbuy along with other appliances (also GE brand) on March 24th of this year, by April not even 1 month of having this refrigerator it starts leaking water from the water/ice dispenser. I scheduled a service repair through GE warranty plan (well their 3rd party company) and it’s still not fixed and it’s too late to add Bestbuy’s insurance, I thought what can possibly go wrong with this new refrigerator?....everything. Currently waiting on parts to schedule another home repair visit.
