I live with chronic, severe wrist tendonitis and struggle to hand wash heavy or a high volume of dishes. I took a chance on this portable dishwasher for my kitchen because of the smaller size and apparent ease of rolling it across the room and hooking it up to the sink. I have to say: CAN DO! Setup is simple, hookup is straightforward, and all buttons make sense and are easy to press. The smaller size means I have to run this each day - sometimes even more depending on what's cooking that day - but the energy & water savings, not to mention the pain savings for me, are worth it. It's also cute (everyone remarks on it!), works as a little extra counter space, and can be decorated with magnets if that's your thing. Keep in mind you cannot use your kitchen sink while this is hooked up - just do your research and make a decision you feel good about. Really glad I bought this and think I will be for the long term if I can keep the filter clean. Plus, Best Buy had the best price and offered quick and simple home delivery!

Fits my small space, easy to move, does a good job, happy with the product.

To start this unit is well built and doesn’t feel cheap. Has plenty of space for small pots and pans and dishes. The hoses are alittle short but can be extended with a trip to the hardware store. It has multiple options on cleaning cycles. The short cycle cleans perfectly and doesn’t leVe a bit of dirty behind

Super convenient to roll it out of the closet and hook it up at the sink when I'm ready to run it. Dishes get really clean! I'm still learning how to use the rack configurations to maximize the capacity; once I do, 5 stars!

The dishwasher is a typical dishwasher, nothing to write home about. I notice that there is some spotty residue left on my dishes after a regular wash but this could be caused by a number of things outlined in the owners manual and likely from my building's hard water. A dishwasher isn't really a dishwasher, it's should be considered more of a sanitizer since they usually can't scrub off caked-on food. And the hose attaching to the faucet could be longer. Ultimately, this is a pretty decent dishwasher and glad to have it during COVID while I am cooking a lot more for myself.

I've had this dishwasher for 6 months and have had no problems or issues with it. Easy to hook up, easy to move, cleans very well. I do miss having a drying feature, but the small size was more important to me than that feature.

I purchased this item because my kitchen layout is not set up for a traditional built-in dishwasher. I knew the dishwasher would not hold as many items as it is narrower, but this would help save floor space. What I did not expect is that the dishwasher would not fit typical items vertically. The water jet spinner for the top rack sits so low that nothing over 9.5" will fit in the lower rack, meaning full-sized plates either have to be washed by hand, or you have to remove the top rack. Additionally, the connection to the kitchen faucet leaks water during the cycle which I have not been able to solve, so not sure how much water I'm saving over hand washing. Also, the wash cycle takes hours to finish, so definitely not something you want to run during the day if you need to use your kitchen. The dishwasher itself is quiet, but when it empties water, it is very noisy, so might disturb some people sleeping if it is run overnight. Dishes did come out spotless and it has been a good time-saver over hand-washing. I'm okay with it, as it's cheaper than a kitchen remodel, but I don't know if I'd recommend it to someone not in a very specific situation.

Great little dish washer. Really holds a lot more than I expected and cleans just as well as my 24 in. portable diswasher.

Seems to work fine though didnt use it right away. Clean good with what appears to be minimal water usage. It is so quiet we cant hear it if the Central Air blower fan is running.

I rent, so this size was great for me being a single person. Works great and I wish I would’ve thought about buying it a year ago.

I received this dishwasher on July 25, 2023. Since then I have had multiple power failures with unit. I purchased the Greek Squad 5 year warranty only to be told when they arrived they would not fix due to it being a carry in item. Remember you can 'Depend on Us' line. They left and told me to load unit in my car and take to store. A dishwasher..right. Next call GE warranty service and scheduled an appointment. All GE techs have been on time and very nice. They came to home, order parts and scheduled next visit. They first changed two control boards. One was fried you could see the marks on the board. Worked for a few weeks happened again. Tech comes to home orders parts schedule next visit for install. Parts always come to home on time before repair. Happened again, no power to unit, repairman came to home, order all new parts, including something with heater. He did fix something, but only worked few days and quit. I was already waiting on new parts so they came and it was replaced on June 7. Last night (6/16/2024) wife went to hookup unit, dead again. When do I get a replacement dishwasher? This unit worked well until April 15 and then started having power failures. Unit is on a surge protector no other power issues in home.

We have a small kitchen and this diswasher is perfect. Extremely quiet. Does a great job of cleaning the dishes. Easy to move around.

I really love my portable dishwasher! We have an old home with a tiny kitchen. Having it portable makes life easier. I was really surprised what an excellent job it did on my dishes. Only small issue is the faucet hose sometimes is hard to pull out. I'll put up with it, because it is a great value and appliance.

How badly do you dislike hand washing dishes, and what are you willing to put up with instead? We chose this model because the hoses fit inside the back panel, but they are DIFFICULT to get in/out! I hoped it would get easier, but there is still a kink that develops in one of the hoses, and now it sounds like it’s going to break something plastic when they are being pulled out. This is the third dishwasher of this style we’ve had delivered. The first one leaked and was returned. The second one had wonky wheels and did not set level, so it was returned. I’m hoping this third one will work well for years! Pros: very quiet, cleans well, not having to wash dishes by hand Cons: difficult to load (especially putting bowls in the bottom rack), hoses are a struggle

Delivery canceled 3 times by Best Buy with less than 24hrs notice. When the d/w was delivered they could not "install" it. Had to schedule separate installer visit. The day the installer unwrapped d/w they discovered dents. Had to schedule another day to have d/w picked up as installer would not take it with them. Could have exchanged D/W, however, best buy could not have new one to me for 2 or 3 weeks and would not pick up dented one until new one was delivered. So I "returned" d/w to get it out of the kitchen. Essentially 6 days blocked for a d/w delivery and install. Ugh. It has been a 7 or so weeks and I just tried to get the d/w for the original sale priceI previously paid, however, Best Buy will not do that. Disappointed. As far as the dishwasher itself. Nothing special. Interested in purchasing again as there are limited options for an 18" portable d/w.

Easy installation & product works great! Been using it regularly since purchase date with no problems. Very quiet other than the draining water in the sink!
