It works well but shows fingerprints on the place to open the door. It has similar features to out previous one but buttons are not as easy to read. Like the reheat button, very similar to the unit we replaced, which was about 30 years old. The beverage button makes coffee too hot to drink and even hard to touch. Overall we like this unit.

It was easy to install and my existing trim kit fit perfectly. I can't speak to the durability of this machine since I've only had it for about a month, but it does the job fine and seems to be well made. I would not hesitate to recommend this product at this point.

The exterior size is almost 100% the same as the old model. So I can put it into the cabinet and re-use the old trim. I was about to give it a 5 stars. But this microwave has a cheap door latch release. The door lock button has been turned to the unlock position. But I still cannot open the door smoothly.

Please note, there isn't a trim kit designed for use with this microwave model, nor should this model be installed built-in or above-the-microwave. This is a countertop only design that was not designed or tested to be installed in a different way.
