It was easy to install and my existing trim kit fit perfectly. I can't speak to the durability of this machine since I've only had it for about a month, but it does the job fine and seems to be well made. I would not hesitate to recommend this product at this point.

We have had to replace this particular microwave basically every year and half. We are now having to buy it again, making our third time replacing this appliance. It works just fine until it doesn’t. The manufacturers warranty is only good for one year pass purchase

It works well but shows fingerprints on the place to open the door. It has similar features to out previous one but buttons are not as easy to read. Like the reheat button, very similar to the unit we replaced, which was about 30 years old. The beverage button makes coffee too hot to drink and even hard to touch. Overall we like this unit.
