    Great microwave and easily pairs through the GE SmartHQ app to Alexa. The only downside is getting 2 defective units back to back. The first made a whining noise when locking, and the 2nd one sounds like the piece in the center is having difficulty turning the plate.

      We want to help with your turntable not turning. We recommend making sure that the turntable is properly seated, that you're using the Cook function instead of the Timer function, and that the turntable is placed upright.
