It works exactly as expected. There is only one thing I have trouble with and that is the lint filter. It is very awkward for me to remove the cover without the screen with the lint almost falling out. Then I have a hard time sliding the cover in. Otherwise I like the machine.nnew

Best Buy agreed to replace it, but delivery arrived with no installation—despite me paying for it. I called back to reschedule, they assure installation was included this time but once again it was not. Extremely frustrated. Can someone please call me?

Delivery and removal of old units was flawless. Installation was quick and professional. This unit seems to be working well for tenant and his child. So far energy and water consumption is economical. Highly recommend!

After installation we immediately tested it and were surprised by how little noise it made. Our old model was loud (age possibly a reason), so we are very happy with this one. It works just as intended. It can wash big, heavy blankets but I don't recommend this as the model is aimed towards medium loads. It's great for smaller places, where space is not much of a commodity!

The delivery crew did not know how to instruct the purchaser on the use of the equipment, contrary to promises made by the sales people and new crew did not accurately check to see that the equipment was level.
