    This washer is still not working after buying it over a month ago No repair/service from Best Buy has been able to correct whatever problem this appliance has which has cost us time, money and aggravation. I'm looking for another stackable Washer/Dryer and another store. Best Buy did not give us a Best Buy!

    It was easy to install and fits perfect. BUT, we can not get it to drain and spin. I have to put it on the drain and spin cycle after it fills up.

    Great product, sadly delivery was rude and damaged the dryer. Since it was open box it becomes a nightmare to get it fixed. Product 8/10 After sales service 0/10

    Manual version is much better than this computer board switches. Temperature switch nob gets stuck on a setting and mess with it to get it going... not a happy purchase. Should have purchased a different brand.

    Had to buy a separate vent box even though the description states that it is ventless. The measurement for size is also off as far as width, doesn’t fit properly in the area selected.
