Does a great job washing and drying. No "redo's on this one. Just set it and the rest is easy!!!

It’s overall a very good product. Not the best but I’ve had worse.

Very sleek looking. Works great. A lot more Bells and whistles than I thought. Good washer and dryer. I only have 24” to fit and it has several options to discharge the dryer. We had to have side discharge. Lucky we found this.

Washes clothes very good.Had to replace this for the fancy was that kept breaking stack front loader

Great product we've had them for a little over 2 years and never had an issue they work great can basically wash a normal size load of laundry in each. house of 5 and it does it’s job for the pricing it’s great quality and worth every penny highly recommend!!

You keep screwing up my delivery. Missed the 1st day (7/11) so told me you'll put me top priority on the following Monday (7/14). NO SHOW AND NO CALL. I had to reschedule delivery for the 1st available which is today (7/18). Delivery guy called to say they are 5-10 minutes away and that was 1.5 hours ago. And again, NO SHOW AND NO CALL. I tried calling them back at that number and NOBODY ANSWERS! AGAIN! Called Best Buy store for help and on hold for the last 15 minutes.

This unit is just what I needed. Fits perfectly in my pantry with room to spare.

works great...This GE stackable fits our laundry closet perfectly. I really like the stainless steel drum and the cubic footage, which allows for a larger load than the model it replaced. The noise level is low compared to older washers. Lint trap easy to clean and the installation was easy took 10 mins Max. I would recommend this to friends and family so far on day 1 I'm happy

So far so good. No complaints. Wish i bought a flexible vent hose.

Machine is very quiet with good capacity. No vibration during any cycle.

Its a Great replacement for the old one. Looks and works great.

Best Buy keeps asking me to review this but it was purchased in May to be installed in a beach house that now won't be finished until August. We bough it when we found one because they seem to be difficult to find. For now, it's just sitting in the garage with the rest of the construction equipment. So we won't can't even try it out until then. It fit in the small space that the architect designed for it. That's about all I can say. So I can't give it 5 stars or 1 start. I split the difference.

This washer/dryer combo is great for the condo and small spaces. It definitely gets the job done.

live in a condo and only a unitized washer/dryer fits. So few choices but this one works well so far. You can't select the water level, though, which I miss. Clothes seem more wrinkled than with my old machine.

Taking me a little time to get used to there not being much water in the tub, but the end results are great! I really like all the options the units have. I think my purchase is well worth the cost I paid.

Efficient washer and dryer stack. Clothes come out almost dry from washer but spin cycle is very loud! Dryer works fine.

This product so far has been fine, but the customer service from Best Buy has been obscenely bad. Installers cracked my drip pan and busted up a door frame. Biggest issue was we paid for haul away of old machine and installers said it was not possible. We obviously got them up the stairs so it is certainly possible (given not easy but thats why we paid to have it done). About 20 calls and chats with Best Buy support and supposedly a tier three person will be coming out to haul away the old machine. Some of the support people said they would install the new drip pan I bought and some say its not possible and requires a plumber (it does not)- so I have no idea what will happen with that. I purchased from Best Buy solely because of a 150 dollar gift card promotion (which I still have not gotten and no one has been able to explain) which was a huge mistake. Unless you are doing the install and removal of old unit yourself buy it somewhere else. The contradicting information coming from different customer service people would be comical if I wasn't the one dealing with it.
