The delivery team was awesome. They really cared.
The refrigerator worked great. It was just too small for us.
We returned it and got a larger refrigerator.
Best Buy treated us well through the entire process.

Door to ice machine maker inside refrigerator door does not stay closed. Seal is not tight. Tried several different models of GE and all had same issue with ice machine door. Also very little storage in counter depth compared to competitors. Switched to whirlpool professional and like it for its storage size and functionality.

Not Recommended – Disappointing Performance and Support
I purchased this fridge just a few months ago, and I regret the decision. From the start, the water dispenser has been leaking, creating puddles and constant cleanup. Even worse, food in the refrigerator section keeps freezing—ruining produce and other items that should never be exposed to such low temperatures.
To make matters worse, the warranty support has been extremely disappointing. Despite the unit being under warranty, getting help has been a frustrating process with little accountability or resolution. I expected better from this brand, especially for a major appliance at this price point.
Save yourself the hassle—look elsewhere.

Do Not buy this fridge. Ive only had this for 6 months and I am already trying to schedule a service call. It was time to replace our filter and apparently its having "sensor" issues and not allowing the new filter to work. I had my old fridge for ten years and none of these issues ever happened to me. I was told to unplug my fridge and replug after 10 mins. Still no good. Who the hell wants to keep doing that??? Error messages etc. Etc. SUCKS.
