Horrible handle design

The first two times, I had to tighten the set screws. One stripped instantly. They included 2 spares. The same happened after a few more openings with the other set screw. This is the first day of using the freezer. The handle remains very loose. Poor design, so there is no benefit of having a great freezer if you cannot open it!

Going to buy baskets for the bottom shelf so I can make 2 layers and divide my products. It’s also taller than my old one so I can’t store anything on top.
