Runs well atill after a couple months. It is still silent when running.

This freezer works great. I have own it for a year now, no issues nor complaints. I highly recommend it

Perfect! Works great, only issue was when it was delivered it arrived with a dent but nothing major.

Good freezer, but no available parts. The indicator light goes on and off for no reason and Best Buy wanted to replace whole freezer because part wasn’t available. I opted to keep the freezer because it had just been loaded with a half beef. I just don’t rely on the indicator light.

When picking the item up at the champaign best buy i noticed the bix was damaged. They said if product was damaged to bring it back. When opening the box and inspecting the back corner of the freezer was bent as if dropped in the corner. Please see attached images. The problem i ordered this 3 weeks ago so exchange is not just bringing it back it is waiting another 3 weeks fir replacement then hoping it is also not damaged. I ordered half a beef that will be ready for pickup next week. I would highly suggest going to a company that has them on the floors rather than shipping.

This freezer is AWESOME! LOVE the inside baskets and dividers - such a great design and helpful in keeping foods organized. The key lock and alarm with lights is a plus, as well as garage-ready. Would give double stars if I could!

Have had the freezer about a month, and everything is working fine, except the seal. It didn’t quite seal in the middle of the freezer under the handle. It was leaking, and allowing moisture in the freezer and cold air out. This was occurring before we loaded the freezer. I went to Home Depot and purchased 1/4” weatherstripping to fill in the gap. Seems to be working. I’ll let the manufacture determine the problem and solution, but it seems this should have been discovered in product development. Everything is else great. Plenty of trays and room for a whole steer

We bought two for work to replace ones damaged during a hurricane. These were delivered faster than other online options during Hurricane Harvey. We put a wrap on the lid to protect from damage.

Very poor product and the worse you can ever imagine. Within 1 year of purchase, the door lids are worn out and not closing any more. Wasting energy and when I called, I was told to pay a ridiculous amount of money cos my 1 year warranty just expired. I can't believe this. The agent was rude and fixative on her script and no help at all. Bad! Bad! and bad!!!

The actual item is great, couldn't be happier with it! The delivery was a total nightmare!We kept getting emails and phone calls that the item was being delivered by a certain date and time, then it wouldn't show. Many phone calls later and a trip to the brick and mortar, I was finally able to get the item scheduled for delivery. This all took a month.

terrible... order has been delayed for who knows how long. can't find out anything? poor way to run a business.

Really nice freezer, only had it a few weeks but still working good. Had an upright and a 19 cf chest freezer and both quit in less than 8 years. Both were brand "W". Hope this GE last longer.
