My refrigerator is like my previous one but better. Good spacing, good lighting and I have my ice maker back!

Counter-depth side-by-side refrigerator has sleek lines. The stainless steel body and handles match the other GE appliances I bought giving my kitchen a coordinated look. It is spacious, but not to big. I love the LED lighting inside and the water and ice dispenser on the outside.

I needed to replace my 15-year-old GE Profile side-by-side, which I loved, and so I chose this. The doors were not flush on the front, and it does not have the same storage, shelves or drawers as my old GE Profile, so I returned it and bought the new GE Profile (waiting for that to be delivered -- fingers crossed!).

This fridge is similar to my early 2000's side by side model. But with a little less space, fewer drawers, and a less convenient configuration. The walls seem to be thicker- maybe there is an energy efficiency trade-off. Would recommend for people with limited space, like us.

This GE Refrigerator is far superior to the White Samsung that's available. Delivery company was great, they carry the unit on slings, so it doesn't touch the floor. No chance of damage. 5 stars

It is nice based on a price! I was thinking to buy samsung or lg but this one is still great functionality item!!! Love it!

Took 4 months to get it. Info on width of item different from ad than what was printed on box caused installation problems lots of issues also do not like the glass shelves in freezer. Prefer basket shelves

Good Side by side refrigerator. I would be even better if there was a third drawer in the refrigerator side and a couple of pull-out drawers in the freezer section. The ice maker is awesome.

It's quiet, has ample storage and I love the slate color.

Product was bought because of size limitations as a replacement for an older GE side-by-side. Previous years' models had more features and better layout inside. Changing to LED lights leaves the interior dim.

I was hesitant to buy after reading reviews. Fridge has been great and quiet. Water is cold. Great ice shape.

This unit appears to work perfectly and is almost an identical replacement to the GE refigerator freezer purchased in 2005. Configuration of shelving basically mirrors previous unit, so replacement was seamless.

Like the ice and water in the door. Quite a bit smaller than my old fridge. It will take a little getting accustomed to the smaller freezer. It is what it is and is working well so far!

Bought the open box and it was in great condition, unfortunately after a month or so it started leaking water from the freezer. Don’t know enough about it and its not a whole lot so we just wipe it up when it accumulates. I would recommend this item just not an open box unit.

The fridge raider fits perfect and it’s good quality I just wish she was a little bit more bigger but it’s fine

I bought the slate version of this model, which was the only 27" depth (without handles) refrigerator I could find. It makes no sound at all (other than the occasional ice cube dropping into the cube bucket). I've had no problems that other reviewers have reported - it's quiet, I am satisfied with the quality of the shelves, there's no water leaking after I fill my glass, the two sides of the French doors are level. Some people may have gotten defective models, or GE may have slipstreamed updates to this model to address the complaints. There is slightly less storage space, somehow, in this model than in my previous 27" depth refrigerator purchased in 2006, but I don't have a lot of stuff to put in, so it's not an issue for me. I think this is an issue with all counter-depth refrigerators. I think this model may be somewhat overpriced at $2500-ish, but I bought it for the size as the other counter-depth refrigerators were an inch to an inch and a half deeper, which would not have worked for me.

The ice dispenser delivers the ice with great violence. It jams frequently whether cubed or crushed. The delivery is also sloppy. We purchased in haste, because the old fridge broke down. Food was rotting. Try not to buy when time is critical. Had this not been the case we would not have elected to go with this model.

Had this fridge delivered a few days ago... was installed with a new steel waterline. It really needed overall leveling, as well as leveling of the doors, but the delivery crew did this with no problem. Proper temps were reached fairly quickly, and water/ice are fine so far. The appliance itself is beautiful... I'm extremely happy with the slate look in my kitchen. I do wish it came with a meat/cheese drawer, but for the price I can't complain (got a Black Friday deal)... every other counter-depth fridge I looked at was quite a bit more. Interior room is on par with my old Jenn Air counter-depth, so no real change there. I don't have a big family, so it's plenty of space for me. Those who need more storage should look at other models. Will update this review if any problems arise...

There aren’t enough shelves in the freezer so it doesn’t hold as much food as my old GE. Also, the refrigerator side doesn’t have a drawer for meat and cheese as my old GE. Given that this drawer is missing there should have been an extra shelf. Would not buy again.

My last GE refrigerator lasted 23 years. This one is great, but it lacked the wine rack tray and shelf dividers which were shown on the website. Attempts to contact GE were not answered. Nevertheless, it holds temps very well and the readout on the ice maker tells you the temp of the freezer and refrigerator. The Ice maker/water dispenser is great.
