I've been using this refrigerator for a few weeks, and honestly, its counter-depth design really blends in with my kitchen without looking too out of place. It's spacious enough for our small family, with a very flexible shelf layout.

I am very pleased with this refrigerator. So far it works efficiently , keeping food cold and fresh. It was priced well on a Black Friday deal. Easy to maintain stainless steel, fingerprint proof. The only complaint is that the ice comes out too quickly causing it to fall all over the floor. Also water drips on the dispenser plate when you finish filling your glass so you have to dry it each time , very annoying though not a big deal, But all in all I am happy with my purchase.

I had to replace my fridge without benefit of shopping in person, so I chose this based on description, reviews, and above all availability. I needed a counter depth, wanted ice in the door and a full width freezer, and this model fit the requirements. In my opinion this fridge needs better organization, and it is small regardless of how huge it appears from the outside. What I did not notice in my online analysis was that this refrigerator has no storage designed for wine or other tall bottles. I now have the gallon milk jug (barely fits 2) on the top door shelf, hard to reach for a short and not extra-strong person, and tall bottles on the middle door shelf. Door magnets are strong, so bottles jiggle and could fall over every time the right door is opened. I did not realize how small the left door shelves were; 4 soda cans fit in top shelf, red bull size and skinny short bottles fit 2nd shelf, this is all due to the icemaker taking up door space. All the drawers (fridge and freezer) have slanted backs so that a frozen pizza box does not lay flat on the bottom of the freezer drawer, and veg drawers hold less than you'd think. There is no butter compartment. The meat/cheese drawer is full width, so both doors must be open to access the drawer. The freezer closes so tightly that I can only open it with 2 hands and bracing myself, it would not work for anyone fragile but helps to prevent toddlers from opening by accident. I do not find it noisy, and after a few days the temperatures settled and remain steady except when lots of new groceries arrive.

Wish there was a 4.5 rating. The only issue with this refrigerator is the water drips a bit after using. Fortunately, wiping off the area periodically cleans it up. The fingerprint resistant finish is a great improvement. My prior refrigerator didn't have that.

The refrigerator was delivered damaged. There are dents all over the back and down on the side like someone took a sledge hammer to it. Also, there is some sort or white glue popping out of the fridge door seams that should not be there and can not be removed. Best Buy only offers 10% MAX back for damaged items to keep so of course we are going to return it. We decided to wait a week to see if we even like the refrigerator to exchange it for a new one or a different brand. We will be exchanging it for a different brand 100%. The freezer door is SO difficult to open. You have to use two hands to open it- one hand to hold the fridge in place, the other to pull hard to open the freezer. The fridge part is very spacious but all of our food is constantly covered in condensation. The long sliding compartment is also difficult to slide open. There is no drip compartment for the water and ice in the door. So if you spill or position your cup wrong the ice and water go straight on the floor. The description says it is finger print resistant or whatever, It is NOT. Instructions were also terrible for putting the fridge together since we had to do everything ourselves due to COVID-19. Overall, terrible. Just awful experience and we are so disappointed in this purchase. I do hope no one buys this fridge and experiences what we have. Super good delivery where care was taken removing old unit and inatalling new one. GE makes the beat units...auper quiet, great loiks with easy one touxh temp controls. BB got this unit delivered fast

Its a nice size refrigerator for a single person. I'm not sure how great it would be for a large family but it does everything I need it to do and I love it!!!

The best purchase we made in somethime. Excellent storage capacity. Vegetables stay fresh longer. Perfect temperature

We needed to purchase a counter depth refrigerator for our new home. I was concerned that the smaller cubic footage would be too small but was pleased that the design turns out to be ample. Love the French Door and bottom freezer design, Much better than side-by-side.

So far the refrigerator is performing as expected. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the unit is quite loud during regular operation.

This is a good fridge, keeps things at temperature easily. Ice maker works much better than the more expensive Samsung that we had before. Lots of space for a counter depth fridge.

Very nice refrigerator. Im not a fan of counter depth as it reduces the amount of space significantly and costs more money. Nevertheless, this refrigerator fit the space perfectly in my new home. The shelving is a better quality than others in the same price range. Water and ice on the door is essential for my family, and everything seems to work perfectly. Delivered 1 month ago. Duration of value has yet to be determined, but Im hopeful.

Looks good in my kitchen. Don't like that the doors don't close shut on their own when you go to close them, like soft close cabinets. Also, water dispenser didn't work a few times for some unknown reason. Had to switch to ice and then back to water in order for it to work again. Not the best ice maker. Overall it's keeping my food cold and serving its purpose.

Purchased this refrigerator back in November 2020, and was delivered and installed in Jan 2021. I've been using it for the past 8 month and find it to be an excellent product. Well designed with customer usage centric features and functionality! It has been working as anticipated and appears that will continue to do so for a long time, hopefully.

The Refrigerator in my Motorcoach died suddenly in December. This refrigerator is the only one that Fits in the space, which is exactly the same as the previous Samsung. Removal and installation is a bear! We were intending on going on a trip so I checked for earliest delivery time at Lowes, and Home Depot and their delivery was out two weeks. As a last minute, checked Best Buy. This was on the Friday before Christmas and Said they could deliver it on the Tuesday morning after Christmas. I was surprised Best Buy had it in stock locally and could deliver it this fast! I am now a Happy Camper! Last refrigerator in a motorcoach died, we were down for almost a month and they had to ship it by Hot Shot freight at that!

Very quiet when running and lots of room. Only negative thing is sometimes the water dispenser drips water

Better quality than the previous fridge I owned. Corners are smooth, doors seal tight & appearance shows a well made product.

Very much enjoying this fridge. As French door models go, it has the basics and works well. No fancy craft ice or Keurig brewer in the door, but that’s not a necessity. One complaint is the way this fridge is packaged from the factory — so much plastic film that is tough to get off cleanly! The edges have lots of tiny plastic film bits that I’m still trying to get off. I’ll probably be the only one that notices it but oh well! It’s a fridge/freezer and it does both jobs well :)
