Excellent Customer service, time of installation was fast and professionally done

Love this fridge!!! I had a similar one at a different home and missed it, so happy I found this fridge!!!

Love this refrigerator/freezer, lots of space. Looks great, runs good, quiet.

Does what it's supposed to do. Has a lot of storage and flexible space. We love the water feature inside the fridge. It fits our space perfectly.

We like the new refrigerator . It is not real quiet but not excessively noisy . Door shelves fit most of the smaller items . Freezer sliding shelf is handy but does not slide easily .We had to remove one of the main shelves in the refrigerator proper as could not arrange them to be able to fit the height of a gallon of milk . By doing this it opened up the main area of the refrigerator and made an adequate open area for storage .

Great refrigerator. Looks awesome in the kitchen. A lot of space, very quiet and well built.

Little loud while cooling. Big refrigerator. Large handles.

Lots of room for groceries and good lighting. Wish they would hAve removed the shrink wrap. Very difficult to get rid of.

It seems like it took a life time to receive it, but it was worth the wait. love the height, love the extra space, love the room in the lower freezer. I just love love love it.

After an initial delivery disaster (first attempt was botched by the delivery company) the refrigerator seem to be working well. We had to have the Geek Squad come out due to a rattling noise with the compressor, but it turned out to be something minor. Only complaint is that the refrigerator drawers and the freezer don't slide that well...rough and noisy.

The ice maker is annoying because it over fills all the time. The only way to prevent it from making too much ice is to turn it off. Ice also dispenses if you have the bottom freezer door open. It doesn't prevent the ice from droping when the door is open. GE repair man came out and said that it wasn't broken, just the way it was made. The temperature in the fridge and freezer is very touchy...goes from extremely frozen/cold, to Luke warm/ mildly frozen for no reason

Size was good, but the compressor started making terrible noises about 1 month after purchase. Getting different refrigerators. best buy was great to work with.

I love that I am not bending over any more to get into the refrigerator

The delivery guys did an awesome job coming up my crazy stairs outside and the fridge is better looking than i thought from the website. I've only had it 24 hours but happy so far.

The refrigerator is excellent. The labor done by the one technician, Jauron, was excellent. However, we are having difficulty closing our front door, which had been removed and reinstalled, so that our refrigerator could be brought in without damaging our walls.

We were very limited on space due to a wall on one side. There were plenty of options for regular models but we wanted the french drawers with pullout freezer, as well as the most space possible for our 36" space. We can only open the right drawer 90 degrees but we knew that when we purchased it. While I am happy with my purchase, there are a few negatives. The doors are very difficult to close quietly. This applies to the freezer drawer too. The icemaker switch is awkward to reach and would be difficult to access for most people. We chose this model because of the large capacity, however, I feel like I could fit more in my old 20.4 cubic ft refrigerator than I can in my new 24.8 cubic ft refrigerator. Despite the negatives, I still love the look and would recommend it to others.

Overall we are satisfied with our fridge. The ice maker is extremely loud, we thought it was broken. I don't know if it was because no water was running through it, but we did read another review stating the same thing. No big deal b/c we don't have a hook up. You can turn it off. First time with a bottom freezer, feels a little small to me.

I am pleased with my choice. Although I compared it with other refrigerators, I chose this one based on its overall ratings. No more fighting to get food out of the freezer, with the freezer in the lower drawer. It has a larger capacity than my old one, which died after 14 years.

Like the look of our new refrigerator. The fridge part is nice - lots of room in the doors. Not as happy with the freezer part. I didn’t realize how much space I would lose buying counter depth size. I also think the freezer parts are made cheaper on new refrigerators.

We love our new refrigerator. We have limited width and this works perfectly and although narrower than most refrigerators, it’s so spacious. The lighting is amazing. Nice sized ice cubes and makes a lot quickly. We weren’t sure if we’d like the inside water dispenser but we love it. Definitely pleased with our purchase.
