I am very pleased with this new refrigerator. We had originally purchased a basic model Insignia and it was a nightmare, to say the least, and we traded it in for this GE. This one is sleek, bright inside, lots of space/options, and most important: quiet. Doors hold a ton. The ice bucket is huge. The freezer doesn't seem big, but it is. We just had to learn a new way of organizing our freezer items. The water spout on the inside looks cheap (it could be designed to be better looking), but it works perfectly fine: cold/tasteless water!

Great fridge! Spacious, amazing lighting inside, very functional. Great finish outside. My ONLY slight annoyance is that the water function inside requires two hands, one to hold the glass and the other to push the button

Made purchase through phone and e-mail with Best Buy expert customer service represnative. I was told a needed a water line attachment to complete the purchase. A few days later I received the refrigerator by a third party company who said they couldn't hook-up the included water line because mine line was copper. I was NEVER informed by Best Buy or asked if I had this copper line when ordering . The third party delivery people called there company and Best Buy warehouse people of the problem. I also called Best Buy Geek Squard and we alled talked together to resolve. I showed the third party delivey people all the frozen and refrigerator food I had in boxes from the old refrigerator. I also told the Best Buy represenative this and he said it would be taken care of. The delivery people pluged in the refrigerator took pictures, and said not to use for at least five hours. I found a plumber to knew how to connect Best Buy's water hose to my exesting copper line. I had to pay $100.00 to the plumber and lost $300.00 in food. I notified Best Buy again of this problem with a previous review and added my contact e-mail and phone number. This purchase was made on 4-7-25 and delivered on 4-10-25. I am still waiting from this day of 5-2-25 from any responce from Best Buy for promised compensation by Geek Squard represenative on 4-10-25

Love the lighting inside very spacious and easy to see everything also makes great ice door alarm was a bonus

It is a very nice refrigerator. I like the french door easily accessing the items at a glance Freezer on the bottom is excellent. Suffered with side by side for years.

Best decision ever made even though I don’t know much about the GE brand but it’s the best heaps of storage love it.

Lots of room. French doors a little getting used to they bounce back and hit you if you are not paying attention.

It's a great product. My only thing is that it's a bit smaller than the one it replaced and a couple of cubic feet makes a huge difference!

So far the fridge is great...love the ice maker and the slate color. Lots of room and the ability to move all the shelves to accommodate any size item! very happy!

Have a stainless steel GE refrigerator for almost 2 months. It works great so far and we are very happy with it.

Very spacious and quiet. The ice maker can sound loud at first but you get used to the noise. The doors are easy to open and close. It makes a ton of ice. Our original fridge broke and because of Covid we waited 93 days to be able to get a replacement and we are grateful this one is working out well!

We love our new refrigerator. The slate color is great against fingerprints and blends in with plenty of kitchen color combinations. If you have kids you will really like the alarm when it is left open. My grandkids love the small shelves inside the bottom of the doors to reach juice packs and quick snacks. With the adjustable shelves and plenty of drawer space it has room for everything.

We purchased this fridge after our fridge of a decade plus stopped working. Delivery and install were seamless and the fridge is great! We LOVE the slate color and surface, which resist unsightly smudges. It runs quietly and provides so much customizable storage space.

This fridge looks and works great. The ice maker filled up in no time and I have lots of room inside.

The refrigerator is the best size for the space it occupies.I like the way it’s laid out,excellent lighting and access.

There is a good amount of room. None of the shelves are high enough to put a gallon of milk on. The bottom shelf on the door is to small to put anything on. I like it but the could have done better
