Was in need of an upgrade and this fridge has been perfect.

I love the color. Love the smudge proof surface. Love the design. Only thing I don't love is the drawers. They seen a bit cheap in design.

As a family we have bought fridges in all price ranges, from top of the line brands like Viking and Kitchen Aid to outdoor fridges like Gladiator. This fridge was way cheaper and has been great, we love this fridge.

Very roomy. Just had for a week so still new to me. Wish divider on top basket in freezer would be removable.

Overall we love the fridge. We have only had one issue with it that it made a huge noise when ice machine was.not connected but other than that it works great.

This GE refrigerator has several nice features for a mid-range unit. The water dispenser inside the refrigerator, near the side hinge, gives more room inside the refrigerator for food items, compared to the traditional location of water dispenser outside on the door. Also, the French door design allows larger wider items such a birthday sheet cakes and party trays to fit inside the refrigerator.

I love the refrigerator. Plenty of space and there is always plenty of ice! Plus the water outlet being inside the door really helps with little kids in the house!

Lots of storage in a small footprint. Great configuration of the shelves on door, and plenty of space in drawers within the unit. I just wish that the shelves and drawers were a little more sturdy.

My current refrigerator was working alright but it was very small and the only upgrade was an ice maker. I wanted a French door model at a good price that had water in the door. This one has a dispenser just inside the left door and I use it often.

I really like my new frig. The cooling section is very spacious. The bottom freezer is divided into easy to use sections

I LOVE this Fridge! It looks modern, yet classic and the slate finish minimizes fingerprints that would otherwise appear on a metallic finish. My all-time fav appliance, in terms of look and function!

A good size refrigerator. Really like the French door. Easy to adjust settings if necessary.

the fridge has been installed and currently exceeds my expectations. it runs quietly most times except when recyclying the water overall no complaints

This refrigerator is very spacious. Easy to find everything you put in. We don't use the ice maker so can't comment on that item.

Love the amount of storage . Only small issue is ice in bottom load freezer ice maker can fall out behind when it gets full.

So I bought a GE French Door Refrigerator from Best Buy August 2022. The unit was delivered October 2022. The unit stopped working March of 2023. I called Best Buy and was directed to contact GE for service. A technician diagnoses the issue as a bad compressor and ordered and installed a new compressor. The unit stopped cooling again September 2023. Called GE again and a tech was dispatched to repair the unit again. The unit stopped cooling again - January 2024. Called Best Buy who dispatched a tech on Thursday, January 11th. The tech diagnosed it again as a closed system cooling issue that he wasn't qualified to repair. A new company was dispatched for an appointment on January 16th. I received a call on January 15th that they too were not qualified to repair closed cooling systems. I called Best Buy again asking for a new replacement machine for this clearly bad unit. I was told that dispatch was looking for a qualified technician to fix the GE refrigerator. An appointment was scheduled for Monday, January 22nd. The same GE technician from the first visit came to the house and diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor AGAIN and ordered several new parts including a new compressor. This unit is 15 months old and has broken 3 times in 10 months. Each system failure has caused all the food in the refrigerator to spoil. I have repeatedly asked for a new unit. Today I was told that the "lemon" provision of my warranty is only good after the 3rd breakdown under the extended warranty. Since the first 2 breakdowns were under the factory warranty THEY DONT COUNT! BEWARE OF Best Buy and their geek squad extended warranties. They are clearly a waste of money. I spent $2500 on a refrigerator that has cost us hundreds of dollars is spoiled food and now we have no kitchen refrigerator for a month. Do not shop at Best Buy. They clearly dont care about their customers.
