We know how frustrating something like that would be, especially when you’ve only had the dishwasher for 7 months. This certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have. Our GE products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty for a year after the purchase date; details on that warranty are available on page 22 of the manual if you’d like to take advantage of it. Our Service Department is available at 1-800-432-2737, and we are confident a technician would be able to help with your unit. The manual can be viewed on our GE website if you look up the model number and go to the product page, and it also has Troubleshooting Tips available on page 18, if those may be helpful. Been through 3 kids, and we're empty nesters now. Still going strong. No leaks, and still gets the dishes clean. We are buying a new stainless steel fridge and stove, and were seriously thinking about getting a new dishwasher. I just can't do it, as there's nothing wrong with the darn thing. One thing~~yep, it makes a lot of noise. If this thing is still working next year, I'm replacing it anyway. Die, dishwasher, die!!

This Little Dishwasher Will Probably Last 15 Years with No Computer, No Error Codes and Finishes the Cycle Quickly, Compared to Whirlpools 311 Minutes for a Normal Cycle Without Any Added Options. It Washes Better Than Every Other Dishwasher Out There You Can Hear the Hot Water Swishing Around That's What I Want, Clean Dishes and No Problems, I Bought This One For My Own House! If You Want Alot of Problems Buy a Whirlpool or Kitchen Aid I Should Know What is Designed To Break. One Repair on the Kitchen Aid PAYS for this whole Dishwasher Thanks For Listening.

It does a good job cleaning our dishes, it's just as loud as our previous one, but it doesn't really bother me. Very pleased with this purchase after 3 months, no complaints.

My mistake! The top shelf does not hold enough glasses and cups. The center of the top shelf is built to take sandwich plates, not glasses. Without the top rack washer arm, I can't put mugs etc in the bottom rack. Other than that, seems like a good machine.

Finally was approved for replacement. put money with it and upgraded. We were without a dishwasher from August to the last of Dec. Could have saved time and money if they would have replaced it sooner.

I guess it works (so I gave it two stars), you’ll just always resent that there’s nothing at all nice or quiet about this. Maybe you’ll resent it as much as I do and you’ll replace it when it’s two months old like I’m doing.
