Works as expected. It's a 24 inch oven replacing our old one. Would have preferred a 27 or 30 inch but would require extensive cabinetry work in the kitchen.

the top of this double oven is glass. Some other models have plastic on top. very nice and modern unit. Happy with the purchase so far.

Oven initially makes a clicking sound when I first started using it but it eventually went away. I really don't like using the self-cleaner. It left a pungent odor in my home that lasted all day. Overall, it has been reliable and worked well so far. I did want stainless steel but it is still rather an attraction to my already remodeled kitchen.

There are not very many 24" wide ovens anymore and this replaced my previous 20 year old GE oven. Seems to be the same design but the electronic controls for the top oven have been updated. Electronic controls and temperature reading for the top oven and manual controls for the bottom oven.

When our thirty-year old double oven died, we were REALLY not looking forward to buying a new one. I went for the budget offering and have been very happy. It isn't huge, but you can get what you need to in there and having a new one definitely shows how much more efficient this unit is than one that was so old. Make sure you MEASURE width/depth/height you have available to you and ensure that this will fit. In theory this should have slid right in, but the space available in our brick wall was not quite wide enough for the dimensions. Our own human error.

Basic features Indicating light didn't work after installation. Still waiting for replacement of part.

This is a great oven and the install went very very well.

I love my new double ovens. The installers were excellent. I had to have some adjustments to my cupboards and they did an absolutely beautiful job. I am very pleased. Thank you!

Would recommend besr buy sales and install staff. Had to have cabinet trimmed to make new oven fit. Minimal mess perfect fit

We had an unusual size space for the double wall oven and this oven was exactly what we needed. It is also stainless steel which is the color we are changing our appliances to. I am happy with all of the features it has and it looks great when you walk in our kitchen.

Not delivered yet . On backorder. Sheduled at end of February.

Everything was great except I kept getting text messages and emails stating my delivery date has been moved... I did not respond to them and low and behold mull date did not change! Just a bit confusing is all

Never delivered…multiple delays and then a no show on the committed delivery day. 14 Business days so far since I cancelled the order and still no refund. Pretty much done with Best Buy.

These ovens are the worst piece of cooking equipment that I have encounted in 60 years of cooking. The temperature varies, so you have to constantly monitor while a dish is baking. I have my second service call scheduled this month. I have had the ovens 2 months. They either undercook or overcook constantly.

We needed to replace our current oven. We did so with the exact same size oven with the help of the Best Buy associates, their measuring crew and the installers

I purchased and installed this oven. Best Buy delivery was on time and satisfactory. It works pretty well. It is far from the least expensive possible brand or model. However, I feel that the control panel is extremely cheaply made. I was expecting, from the pictures on the web site, that the panel for the clock and top oven would be glass. It is not, it is that plastic sheet covered type button panel. It looks very wavy from the side and feels cheap to the touch. The bottom oven has a knob only. When ordering, I thought this would be OK. However, it is also very cheaply made. The knob is about as substantial as a toy oven. The operation is very grainy and not smooth turning at all. I installed it any way because my original oven had already been hauled off and Best Buy said it would be 10 days or more before I could get any help. It's in now and seems to work fine so I'm keeping it but, when we remodel the kitchen, it will be the first thing to go. If GE cheaped out this much on the parts I see and touch every day, I'm not too confident in the parts that are hidden. Additionally, I was not expecting it to have a fan just to keep the control panel cool but it does and it is a bit annoying. This may be standard now, I don't know, but I was not aware of it and it is annoying. And, though it may get better with use, it pops and snaps a lot, partly from the thermostat cutting on an off fairly loudly and partly from the expansion and contraction of the unit. The manual says this is normal. Maybe for this unit it is normal, but it is a lot more popping than other ovens I've used. I have cycled the unit throught the cooking and broiling modes and all worked and warmed up quickly but emitted a smelly smoke. Perhaps this is just a protecting coat of some kind of cooking oil, but there was more smoke than I expected, particularly from the bottom oven. The manual mentions this and says it is normal in a new oven and will disappear in time or I can run the self clean for three hours to speed the process. The bottom oven does not have a self clean feature. Finally, in all fairness, I bought a GE induction stove recently and love it so I think this is just a "miss" on GE's part and not representative of their products in general.

It is just ok item so far. I just got installed and it is too early to tell.

Better than the original, both in quality and styling.
