It heats to accurate temperature quickly. Does what an oven should.

This oven is narrow so not every cookie sheet will fit. If we weren't getting this as a replacement, then we would have chosen a wider model. Otherwise, everything works as expected. Desired temps are reached quickly and accurately. Satisfied with purchase.
