The oven works fine

I am very sound sensitive. It annoys me. Fortunately it doesn't have the pitch that hurts my ears, then I would have to return it. As for the oven function, it works just fine. So I rate it low solely on the sound it makes.

The door wouldn’t close completely on the 1st one and on the 2nd one the door wouldn’t open unless you pushed it to the side which was very annoying and not right.

High price - cheap construction

The upper, control portion, gets very hot when cooking. There is a fan that runs 100% of the time the oven is in use....noisyier than a microwave. The unit really needs a trim kit for the outside...but one is not available. Mounting screws are completely exposed.

I thought the fan would operate until the oven reached the desired temp, but no, it is on as long as the oven is on. It is so loud I can hear it from the second floor of my house. I wish I had known...and in this size, it was the most expensive oven!!
