11/22. Busted. Something about the door latch. Family of 4

the worst service ever. you rescheduled it 20 times and then didn't come with the correct delivery.

Had to replace my Ge 14 yr old dish washer, and decided on He. Glad I did, as this one is super quiet, fast, cleans better than the last, plus was readily avail in bisque.

Good dishwasher. Used it almost daily. Quality cleaning

Very disappointed! It’s hard to write a short review on how much I hate this dishwasher. To start from day one the upper water arm falls off constantly, it’s now zip tied to the rack. The inside is made of cheap plastic, for example...the attachments fall off trying to load stemware. The cycles are very long and not effective. There is usually debris inside the glasses. Heavy soiled dished come out with food still stuck on. To get a fully loaded machine cleaned I usually have to run 2 long cycles using 2 pods for each. It’s not cost effective, save your money and skip this trash heap!

Mine was just shy of its second birthday when the drain pump failed. Unfortunately, that's probably average for dishwashers. Why doesn't Toyota start making dishwashers? Could you imagine? It would take ten years before the first part failure. I don't know how dishwasher makers get away with such ridiculously low reliability.

Just over 3 years later, this dishwasher needs to be replaced. Very disappointed in GE - we also have a problem with our new GE refrigerator.

Feels cheap. The top spinning plastic head that shoots water splintered and fell off within a week or two using it two to three times a week. It's been about 3 months and the dishwasher won't even run now. When I tried to find a technical manual on how to test the systems, GE was completely unresponsive and said they won't share any of that information. So if this unit breaks, they hold you hostage and won't give you the information you need to help yourself. I will never buy a GE product again after buying this unit for the rest of my life. Permanent blacklist. Wish I could get my money back.

I LOVED this dishwasher at first! However, it just stopped draining after a year and a half!! GE is fantastic, but I think their products should last longer especially spending nearly $600 on the machine. We are long-term GE consumers with our washing machine to a few other small appliances. I think we will have to reconsider our future purchases from now on.
