It was on sale when I bought it. Cleans well. Open it up and the plastic smell is strong. I hope it gets better. Not top quality on the lower rack rollers. It easily comes off track but just as easy to put it back on track. You can't expect the best materials at this price.

The dishwasher was cheap looking compared to the one we previously had but it washed and dried great, very happy with that performance. The dishwasher had the worse smell inside like something died inside, we always made sure the dishes were well rinsed before putting them inside the dishwasher. I did lots of research and found out it was a very common problem with stainless dishwashers. I tried white vinegar and baking soda several times and after a few days the smell came back. I was out of options and called the manufacturer for advise and was told that model was blocked and a service call could not be scheduled, it had to be removed and upgraded and a representative is coming over in a few days to check it out and generate the paperwork. The dishwasher had good reviews otherwise I wouldn't have bought it, if the smell went away I would have scored much higher with a better review.

This GE Dishwasher, Mode l#GSD2100VBB is a great replacement for previous failed GE lower priced model. Extremely quiet, better dishware stacking and more efficient.

Cleans really well and I love the blade that cuts up all small waste. Makes cleaning very easy and nothing gets stuck on my dishes. Only problem is the wheel on one side pops off sometimes. Very easy to get back in if this happens.

I got the open box item, it contained everything I needed to install it. The run cycle seems much longer than my last one but it cleans well.

The dishwasher runs quietly and is very efficiently.

We purchased this model one month ago for my 91-year old Mom, how has macular degeneration, to replace a 20-year old GE. Modern changes & updates are difficult for our parents to learn and to like. We did not want all the "bells & whistles" -- needed something very easy for her to manage. This fits the bill, and she is happy with it so far. Very easy to read buttons, and she likes the interior design/arrangement. Highly recommend for someone looking for an easy workhorse. Loved that we experienced no delays in getting it, and Best Buy-contracted installer was efficient and helpful.

We installed ourself. Could not get door open. Door looks to be over tightened at the top causing seperation where the control panel meets the door. Side of door is also creased near the bottom. Finally realized the door was jammed shut and had to pull forcefully to get it open. Call to manufacturer resulting in a service man coming to inspect and verify door is damaged and needs replacing. Another 2 weeks to wait for return visit is install door. Disappointing that this damaged at factory unit was sold and now im waiting weeks to be able to reinstall.

This diswasher is very easy to use, is quite it and for me is easy to use( my old one i never undestood how to use)

Much quieter than I expected! I also like that it’s a pull open without a lock and the door springs back up. It’s small but holds a lot more than you’d think.

The dish washer does a great job on dishes its a great value for the money and looks great in our new kitchen

The dishwasher works and it is fairly quiet. However it came defective - after running a cycle the "Clean" light stays on and will not reset when the door is opened. The only way to reset the machine for another cycle is to turn the breaker for the dishwasher off and then on again. This is not convenient. Fortunately Best Buy is honoring the two week exchange policy. I hope the next one does not have this problem.

Works great, not sure how much the company is saving by adding that plastic on top instead of SS, but that will be the only complain about this dishwasher.

performs well for the price point...quiet during wash cycle...wish it had more cycle options...easy to install yourself if you have any handyman qualities whatsoever. if I get 10 years out of it...I win!

My old 15year old unit died, and parts were nowhere to be found. So best buy had a sale and I got one of these. Its an upgrade from my old unit this one has 2 sprayers up and down. And it heats up more than my old one. One thing I notice is that the run time is longer. I wish it had a timed setting for it to run for 30 minutes rather than an hour plus. Easy to install low noise. I did see it selling for less, tried to get bear buy to do a price match but the agent said its been over their 15 day policy, so sucks but no biggie. I like that GE is made in USA and they have the best customer service, so that was one of the things that made me buy another GE product.

Easy installation. We did it ourselves. Works really good. I’m very happy with it
