Posted .Hi there - We're glad your dishwasher is cleaning well for you, but we are sorry that the wash cycle seems long. Sometimes longer wash times are necessary for the best wash and dry performance, but we certainly understand how this can be disappointing. Page 5 of the owner's manual lists information about each cycle, including wash times, that might come in handy for you:

Great Dishwasher w/blade

Makes cleaning very easy and nothing gets stuck on my dishes. Only problem is the wheel on one side pops off sometimes. Very easy to get back in if this happens.

Modern changes & updates are difficult for our parents to learn and to like. We did not want all the "bells & whistles" -- needed something very easy for her to manage. This fits the bill, and she is happy with it so far. Very easy to read buttons, and she likes the interior design/arrangement. Highly recommend for someone looking for an easy workhorse. Loved that we experienced no delays in getting it, and Best Buy-contracted installer was efficient and helpful.

Has a problem and I'm exchanging it

However it came defective - after running a cycle the "Clean" light stays on and will not reset when the door is opened. The only way to reset the machine for another cycle is to turn the breaker for the dishwasher off and then on again. This is not convenient. Fortunately Best Buy is honoring the two week exchange policy. I hope the next one does not have this problem.

So best buy had a sale and I got one of these. Its an upgrade from my old unit this one has 2 sprayers up and down. And it heats up more than my old one. One thing I notice is that the run time is longer. I wish it had a timed setting for it to run for 30 minutes rather than an hour plus. Easy to install low noise. I did see it selling for less, tried to get bear buy to do a price match but the agent said its been over their 15 day policy, so sucks but no biggie. I like that GE is made in USA and they have the best customer service, so that was one of the things that made me buy another GE product.
