Damaged upon arrival

Door looks to be over tightened at the top causing seperation where the control panel meets the door. Side of door is also creased near the bottom. Finally realized the door was jammed shut and had to pull forcefully to get it open. Call to manufacturer resulting in a service man coming to inspect and verify door is damaged and needs replacing. Another 2 weeks to wait for return visit is install door. Disappointing that this damaged at factory unit was sold and now im waiting weeks to be able to reinstall.

Could have done a better job with the rollers on the lower rack. The way it works makes it feel cheap and not thought out very well.

Easy to operate with finger tip touch, and its an energy saver all the way around! We had it installed also, only took these teo guys about 45 minutes . Answered all our wuestions , they were courteous and friendly. Recommend Best Buy when in need of theses services!

We have been unable to get installation rescheduled. I've called the store, customer service, and a customer advocate. I've also emailed. My mother is 88 years old with an uninstalled dishwasher sitting in the way. Installation was $179.99 and they have yet to complete or even bother to reschedule. They say there are no dates. Never? no future dates? seriously!!!! Buyer beware.

Doesn’t have the same heft as regular dishwashers. I would see this in a store first before buying online. You might pass on it. I needed it to replace an old one in a home I’m renting out so it fits the bill.

I do recommend if your picking it up and laying it down in your cargo space its going to leak water which was retain from testing so take a towel if u plan on putting it on it's side.
