The installation went smoothly thanks to the delivery of the firm sent by Best Buy to install it. Also, the salesperson was very helpful and listened to my concerns. Could not be happier.

Bought dishwasher and paid for installation. 3rd party company hired by Best Buy to install dishwasher told me that my wiring wasn’t compatible and they can upgrade my wiring for an additional $200. No thanks and hired installer to complete the install.

It was in excellent shape when we received it. Even on the highest drying mode the dishes still come out wet. It does however clean the dishes beautifully

Posted .HI - While we are delighted to hear your new dishwasher is providing great cleaning performance, we are sorry you are not pleased with the dry performance. Please check to be sure you have a minimum of 120 degree water coming into the unit, choose the WashTemp Boost option and the Dry Boost - High option. If you are choosing these options and are waiting for the Clean light to come on prior to opening this dishwasher and you continue having difficulty with wet dishes, we would recommend service. If needed, please call 1-800-432-2737 to schedule an appointment with GE service. We hope this helps. Vikki@GEA

However it came defective - after running a cycle the "Clean" light stays on and will not reset when the door is opened. The only way to reset the machine for another cycle is to turn the breaker for the dishwasher off and then on again. This is not convenient. Fortunately Best Buy is honoring the two week exchange policy. I hope the next one does not have this problem.

Good Value, Good Quiet Dishwasher

It doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles, but my old dishwasher kept haveing issues with all of the "special" features. This dishwasher cleans really well and it is VERY quiet.

Not worth the money even if it had worked

Overall the build quality felt flimsy. While the door was latched you could still easily wiggle it around. Had it worked properly it would have been a 2-3 star unit but because it leaked after every use (properly installed and level) I cent justify it being any more than 1 star. Returned for an insignia (that cost less) which had many more features, much more quiet, and was WAY better built.
