Cleans everything very well and most of all "it's quiet"- doesn't sound like a truck driving through your house!

That dishwasher ran circles around this piece of junk. 2 hours and 45 minutes should leave dishes sparkling clean. It should scrub baked on junk. It should at the very least clean silverware. I've used 5 different detergents and it doesn't CLEAN dishes. Even with all the boost features on, I have to WASH dishes first. I gave it the second star because it's not too noisy while it rinses dishes. I live in a soft water area so there's no excuse for this useless performance. The network connection is ONLY to remind you to buy detergent or to tell you it's done. There's no other purpose to it. I deeply regret buying this machine. I wish I hadn't thrown away my old rusty backyard-find machine.

We would never want this for any of our consumers so we can certainly imagine how frustrating this has been for you. For the best help, we suggest the following: 1) Make sure the dishwasher is connected to the hot water line and not to cold. 2) Is the dishwasher level from side to side and front to back? Improper leveling can lead to a number of cleaning issues, including affecting how well it can drain the dirty water from the tub. 3) Check the water temperature. Proper water temperature is essential to achieve optimum results from your dishwasher and the detergent. Hot water is needed to dissolve and activate the detergent so that it can loosen and remove common food soils. The hot water heater should be set to deliver at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit water to the dishwasher. If the problem persists, we recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). We hope these tips are found useful and we're wishing you the best. - Guy@GEA

Sat at a house we wanted to sell for 5 hours and they were a no show. Had to wait another week to get retry on delivery. Showed up 2 hours late. No feet on dishwasher. Ugh!!!!
