Broken door had to shove it in to close 2 hour short cycle

It's a dishwasher. It seems, so far, to wash dishes. It is what we ordered and as expected.

Love my new dishwasher. This is my second GE and always had great service from the product. Sales and service is always the best.

This dishwasher is great! So streamline and we love that the controls are hidden. We also love the large silverware basket.

Does everything good, except dry the dishes. Even on max dry boost, dishes don’t completely dry.

Bought the refrigerator 3 years ago. Excellent choice. Like the upper 2" high shelf.

We purchased this dishwasher in February 2022. Four months later, it stopped working and displayed a 'Failure to Drain' error message. When we contacted Total Tech (we had purchased the service), we were told we needed to contact GE directly because it was still under warranty. We waited several weeks for a GE Repair service to come out. They told us the pump had failed and had to be ordered. Without our knowledge, they closed our case and a second repair service came out to replace the pump. Today, they replaced the pump but informed us that the circuit board was "fried." and that a new one had to be ordered. They had no estimate of the timeline for repair. Given that this is a now five month old dishwasher, we are extremely disappointed and would not recommend this model to anyone.

Super disappointed. I was getting error messages and draining issues. I tried to troubleshoot and replaced a sensor according to the internet but still have problems and had a repair person check it out and the control panel was fried. He said these brands last 2-4 years and typically have these problems. Wasted money

They were on time with the delivery. They were friendly and professional

Bought this to replace our older dishwasher. Came on time with no issues. The dishwasher gets all of our dishes clean in one cycle.

The product takes hours to wash and does not dry dishes even with the boost that adds even more time to the cycle

This product would have been great except that the interior is made with plastic.

Brand new disheasher. Got it home, hooked it up, plugged it in and shut it. All the lights were blinking and then it would beep. Touchpad wouldn't work. Flipped the breaker to reset it and it did it again. Flipped the breaker again and let it kept it off for about 2 hours. Flipped it back on and NO lights, touchpad wouldn't work, BUT it start a cleaning cycle and completed it. Dishes were clean and dry. Called GE and set up an appointment. They sent someone to look at it, said they had to order 2 different parts, which I was told the next day that they were not in stock. I then got an email from GE saying they are going to ship me a new one (this one was brand new), set it up and haul off the other one. Its been 4 days and haven’t heard anything from GE. Will update when the new one comes in.
