Customers are delighted by the quietness and excellent cleaning performance of the 24" Top Control Dishwasher. Many appreciate the convenience of the third rack and find the dishwasher easy to use. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the controls and the length of the cleaning cycles.

Really loving my new dishwasher.
Pros
1. Cleans dishes really well with no prescrubbing.
2. Super quiet. You barely know its running.
3. Top controls are less tempting for children.
Cons
1. You wont use the top 3rd rack near as much as you think. It is narrow and some cooking untensils dont fit. It also makes it harder to put tall glasses on top shelf.
2. The bottle jets are on a raised part if the rack so tall glasses and bottles dont fit on them without crashing the top rack.
3. If you choose to run heavy cycle, with dry boost, sanitize, and bottle jets, it takes 5 hours to clean.
That said I still love and recommend this dishawasher. It cleans very well and I have no problem waiting 5 hours if it means I dont have to scrub before or after.

I love the third rack on this; such a game changer. Dishwasher cleans effectively, but one minor annoying bit is that when I'm unloading, My shin often bumps against the controls and triggers them, sometimes changing my settings. Minor annoyance, like I said, but definitely worth mentioning.
After having it over a year, all plastic/silicone dishes have been covered in a white greasy residue that needs to be scrubbed off in the sink after a wash cycle, but I don't know yet if it's a dishwasher problem or a consumer problem.

More than happy. I originally purchased a different brand that was 2-3x the price and looked really nice, and was "feature-packed" I thought. It didn't end up fitting because of a measuring error. So glad it didn't.... I went with this instead. It has everything I wanted and more....EXCEPT for a stainless steel interior. I was hung up on that for a bit...but I don't think I needed it and am very happy with this dishwasher. It does a great job, and is feature loaded. There are few dishwashers at this price that have and actual heating element to dry...this does! It quiet enough, quick enough, and has a 3rd rack, bottle jets, sanitize/steam option, extra hot water, 2 drying settings if you choose to use it, and more.
I highly recommend it for the cost, features, functionality. I would choose this over the other 2-3x unit I looked at even if I had space for the other.

Got this for a steal over presidants day. Replaced an old 35 year old dishwasher. Really cleans well and dishes are spotless after drying. It also has lots of space to put dishes and silverware. Draw backs is it sounds sometime like water is leaking during certain cycles, but u get use to it after a while cause nothing is leaking. had to swith to pods instead of powder but thats ok. mixed feelings about the location of controls which are on the door at the top. Have to be careful not to turn dishwasher on by accident hitting buttons on top opening and closing.

After being without a dishwasher for 8 months, I am very happy with this new dishwasher. It is a bit different from my previous model which had a door front control panel. I am getting used to the top controls. This new model only comes with 2 clips for bottle washers. The 3rd shelf has more room than the previous one because it is open & flat, rather than separated areas on the older model.
I had the silverware basket loaded full last night & everything came out perfectly cleaned this morning.
All in all, a good purchase.

Installation was a little tricky with how small a space it was underneath to connect the power. But it functions very well and we are quite happy with it. Cleans well, relatively quiet, worth the price as a not-high-end dishwasher.

Does a good job of cleaning and the interior layout is roomy. My only issue is I don’t think it rinses well enough. I can smell detergent on the dishes when I put them away. I use Electrosol tabs. It’s a 2 hr 45 min cycle, I’d think it should have adequate time to rinse. There is a 16-minute rinse cycle I will start doing after the wash. I don’t want to ingest detergent.

Got this plastic interior model because stainless steel was not available. This is a replacement for a less than 5 year old GE stainless interior in slate color. That one had a control board issue that couldn't be resolved, repair people said it couldn't be fixed-while waiting for a replacement, the door springs broke. Totally unacceptable!! Shame on GE!
Only reason I stayed with GE is my suite of appliances were all Slate -- and nothing else looked like a good replacement next to the other appliances.
The dishes wash well with the 1 hour cycle--which with drying is 2 hours 8 minutes. Plastic interior does not dry but dishes do. Worried that mold will grow with a wet interior, but too soon to tell. Even with the dry boost and the cycle that takes more than 3 hours, the interior is still wet.
No exterior insulation is included with this cheaper model, but I saved the insulation from the first dishwasher and had it put on this one. Even with that, it is not as quiet as the stainless interior one. Noise is not invasive, but you do hear the water as the unit works.
Researched many brands to see if any one brand stood out and couldn't find any without problem reviews, so I decided to match my other appliances color-wise.

Only time will tell on build quality, but initial impressions good. Slower than old machine, but things come out clean so that's what we wanted. Enjoy the 3rd rack and bottle jets

Very quiet dishwasher, washes great and leaves no dirty sports or wet spots behind. Easy to use but taking some getting used to with the buttons on the top of the door rather than on the outside.

So far so good. Cleans and drys well. Only left over water is on mugs with deep edges where water collects. Quieter than the model we had before and larger utensil holder is helpful. Got in on sale, an excellent value.

I will start with the only 2 positives. I like the slate color. It matches our other appliances. It does clean my dishes well. Pre-COVID when appliances weren't so expensive, we purchased a GE dishwasher in slate, LOVED IT! But, it died after 4 years. I was hopeful to get another to keep with matching our other appliances, but the same dishwasher we paid roughly $600 is now almost $1,200. I didn't want to invest that much in a dishwasher. I have only used this new dishwasher 3 times, but the wash cycle for a heavy load is 5 hours & 1 minute. Crazy! 5 hours to wash dishes. Then, even with rinse aid totally filled, and the dry boost on high, my dishes still have a considerable amount of water on them. The bottom rack seems wobbly to me. My last complaint is I wish there were true bottons, like the model I bought 4 years ago. This one has a clear film with touch screen options. I didn't like this in the store as on the store models you could see & feel deep scratches from where the dishwasher was rubbing the counter. It seems like ALL brands now have this rather than true buttons. BOSH is the only brand I seem to find that still has buttons, but they don't offer slate. I plan to return this dishwasher after only 3 uses. Thankfully, Best Buy does have a 15 day return policy. Best Buy has been very kind about me wanting to return this item.

We started replacing our appliances about 2 years ago. We decided to go with GE and I love their slate color. So far this dishwasher has met our expectations. The third rack is handy for extra long utensils or small lids. You can raise or lower the top rack depending on the load. We love the half load feature and this dishwasher is so QUIET!!
