Our first one was damaged in transit, but after using our Total Tech membership that we bought at the same time, another one was delivered and installed a month later. This is replacing our 19 year old dishwasher. I love that the top rack has spray arms (our old one didn't). The 3rd shallow rack (pic attached) is nice to put excess items and lids. The only issue I have, so far, is that it doesn't dry even when you use the extra long dry cycle. I have to open it up and let it dry a day before unloading, or I have to hand dry. My old dishwasher let me run just a dry cycle as many times in a row that i wanted. For an hour wash with normal dry, it takes 2 hours and 4 minutes. With the extra dry, it takes 2 hours and 44 minutes. If you use the bottle jet function, its an extra 23 minutes.

Looks & matches with other chosen appliances. Top door control panel not easily accessible. So, installed 1/8 inch sticking outside the cabinet. Not ideal. But, hopefully doable. Have not used yet.

Been pretty happy with this dishwasher overall. It does the job and I like the 3rd rack. My only complaint is the buttons on the top (which was what we wanted) are really sensitive so when we lean over our counter or work on the counter in front of this dishwasher, the buttons get hit constantly and the dishwasher starts running or beeps and drives us nuts. Part of that may be the installation and that it doesn't tuck below the lip of our counter. Apart from that annoyance, we haven't had any issues in 6 months of owning it. This Dishwasher is great. Its pretty quiet and does an overall good job. I have had it for about 4-5 months now and still love it! I like the third top rack for miscellaneous small thing's however some of my larger serving utensils or spatulas dont fit. I like that its not designated for utensils but a free form space. My only con is that its hard to put your cereal bowls in the middle rows without them sliding down into the rows along the side.

The dishwasher is quiet and the third rack feature is a blessing. Its pretty spacious can take big pots and pans. The bottle jet feature is also amazing cleans thoroughly.

This is the second dishwasher I've had to buy in four years. The first one crapped out on us in the spring (different brand) and so we went looking for better options. I spent months looks at dishwashers and visiting local stores to see the different features in person. I'm so glad we saw this one at our local BB. I had seen it online and it met all my criteria and it was true to description. I love the bottle jet clips and the third rack is amazing. Even the design of the lower rack makes it easier to put in different sized bowls and oversized objects. We've never had to use the top or bottom only setting yet, but it's very nice to have. The drying setting is also much better than our previous machine and things actually come out properly dry without damaging any plastic items on the upper or third rack. Highly recommend especially given the price.

What I like: - Bottle jets - I hate washing bottles by hand. - The small 3rd shelf/rack (at the very top) that’s great for wooden spoons, spatulas, long knives, lids for bottles & jars, etc. What I don’t like: - Dishes often don’t come out clean (nearly every time I unload the dishwasher I have to re-wash a couple dishes by hand) - Every month or so, I’ll go to unload the machine & the bottom will be filled with water (and yes, I keep the filter clean). I’ve been able to resolve the issue by pouring a mixture of vinegar & baking soda into the bottom of the washer & letting it sit overnight, but it just keeps happening. My old dishwasher had no filter & not once in 20 years did it fail to drain… I’ve wondered if it needs a stronger drain cleaner, but I worry it would damage the plastic parts around the drain. I really regret not shelling out the money for a better quality machine. I am positive it would have saved us money (plus a lot of time & frustration) in the long run. I miss my old dishwasher…

GE Top Control Built in Dishwasher with 3rd rack 50dBA Stainless steel I’ve had dishwashers before but this dishwasher is by far the best it does everything that I need it to do and the Jets for bottles, cups and so much need items gets it clean. It seems that the dishwasher cycles takes forever but the results it’s worth it. The 3rd rack is a wonderful thing I always find something to put on the 3 rd rack. I guess when the water bill comes I hope I’ll still be excited to have chosen this Dishwasher lol lol.

Very impressed with the quality of this dishwasher for the price we paid! Very quiet, extremely efficient, and leaves my dishes spotless! Not to mention the top 3rd rack for my cooking utensils! All in all I am very happy with this purchase!

Quiet dishwasher. I thought it wasn't working the first time I ran through a cycle, but it was so quiet I couldn't hear it. Love the happy ring sounds to let you know the dishes are finished.

I purchased this GE dishwasher at Best Buy just a few weeks ago. I am satisfied with how well the dishes come out clean, however, very disappointed with the noise level. Probably the loudest dishwasher I've owned over the last 20 years. I expected it to be much quieter. The door is paper thin and very lightweight and I think the noise is coming from the door assemebly. I like the 3rd top rack feature it has. Thinking about returning it because of the noise factor.

I really like this washer. It was a great value for the specifics I wanted including the third rack and bottle jets. Reasonably quiet for the price and easy to install DIY.

Website says 25inch but it’s a standard 24inch. Luckily Best Buy did provide free in home measuring service and will accept free return if it doesn’t fit. The dishwasher operates pretty quietly, I wouldn’t worry paying extra to get an even quieter one

So far so good!!! Biggest issue is that it doesn’t dry completely… but then again I’ve never found a dishwasher that does. It cleans great! Has lots of space and the top drawer is very convenient.
