When attempting to load the dishwasher, the entire front fell off and we had to cancel our purchase due to the lack of inventory listed but no longer available. This was one of the worst experiences of my life and I’ve been a customer of AT&T for 15+ years. So that’s pretty poor customer service and horrible system failure.

You have to push the start button and then push it again. This is just the way it is programmed. But it gives no indication if it is going to do anything once you push the button a second time. Sometimes it makes sounds but then does nothing after, other times it just dings at you and gives no indication of what its problem is. Cannot recommend GE at all, they should stick to light bulbs and let real companies make appliances.
