Puchased online sunday for delivery today, tuesday. Sat here all day for my 7a-7p appointment window, Around 2p i called to customer service and they asked me to set up an appointment. She didn't really care that I sat home all day today. Apparently the dishwasher was out of stock and no one told me it wouldn't be delivered today. So now I have to take another day off work friday to receive it, hopefully. I would've bought it at home depot if I knew it would delivery friday. At least then I wouldn't have missed an additional day of work and HD would've given me cash back points. So far, I'm out $475 in wages. no one cares.

This product is worthless. I am 50 years old and have had many dishwashers in my time. Purchased this product new and does a very poor job washing dishes. It so bad I called GE repair out to take a look and they blamed it on the hot water. Our water is 140 degrees, so I am not sure how hot they expect the water to be. I am not sure if I just got a bad dishwasher or its the brand. I am frustrated to the point of throwing it in the driveway.-This is not a Best Buy problem..This is a GE problem
