Good buy for a solid dishwasher. No complaints, works well.

I saw water leaking from under the dishwasher everytime we used it. Called back the technician to check, the leak is not feom the waterline or the drain but from the side of the machine. It leaks when the water is spinning around in the tub

Top rack is a waste if you have tall items in middle rack. Things like wine glasses or winged storage container lids. Tried to lower the middle rack to accommodate them but then could not fit dinner plates in the bottom! I had to remove the top rack that I paid extra for with this model. The curved slots are too close together so the pasta dishes do not get clean; have to use every other one. Total waste of space. The bottom drawer comes off the track quite often. Need to clean dishes prior to loading more than my 20 year old Maytag. It's interior is smaller too. Run loads more often than before. Not what i was expecting. Disappointed.

I just picked up this dishwater yesterday, buying the NEW one not open box. I opened it, I saw water & mold inside it. The fliter is dirty as well, I am so disappointed. I even checked my order to see if I ordered it by mistake as open box, but I ordered a NEW one and didnt get it

Delivered a damaged product and customer service just transferring me to another one again and again and the answer is always “sorry but we can’t handle it”. The leg bent, and the leg support screw can’t work properly. The screw hole is damaged

They only delivered it and did not install it- are they coming back to install it ?

Overall, I'm very happy with this dishwasher. It offers excellent performance, runs quietly, and the dishes come out sparkling clean every time. The three-rack system is especially convenient — the top row is perfect for utensils and smaller items like lids or espresso cups, which helps free up space below. That said, the one small downside is that the top (third) rack does limit the vertical space on the second rack. It can be a bit tricky to fit larger saucers or taller glasses without adjusting or removing the top rack entirely. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to consider if you often wash larger dishes. Aside from that, the machine is efficient, easy to load, and looks great in the kitchen. The controls are straightforward, and the different cycle options make it easy to choose exactly what I need. If you're looking for a modern dishwasher with great features and solid cleaning performance, this one is definitely worth considering — just be mindful of the rack space if you have bulkier items.

The shipping box was exceptional, well protected. Good start. The install was easy as any I've done. I find the rack setup very efficient. The little 3rd shelf is great for things like spatulas, knives, and wooden spoons that usually end up somewhere you don't want them in your washer. Runs so quiet I practically had to put my ear right next to it to make sure was running. Use the right soap and settings and the dishes come out perfect and dry. Highly recommend.

It does its job. The dishes come out clean. The first one we bought was heating up the counter, especially during the headed dry cycle, so we ordered a replacement. No hassle at all with the replacement process. The new one is better. It does still heat up the counter more than my previous dishwasher, but within tolerance limit. I think it is because there is hardly any insulation material around it. My previous dishwasher had a thick insulation padding. The available height in the bottom rack is a tad low for my preference, and there is no accessory to securely place wine glasses. Both these are a downgrade compared to my previous GE dishwasher. But these are minor problems. Overall works fine after 3 months use.

1 month in and initial impression is that this is an excellent dishwasher. Easy to install, easy to use, incredibly quiet and does a great job cleaning dishes. Love the stainless steel interior and exterior and the 3rd rack and adjustable drawers are very useful.

A quiet dishwasher that gets the dishes clean. Easy to load and unload. I like the top rack where I can put little lids to things. There are a lot of washing settings. It takes 2 hours for a full wash, but other than that it’s great. Would not recommend paying for installation because my dad had to redo it.

We bought this to replace our 6 yr old gallery. After learning how to stack our dishes (3rd rack is handy), was amazed at what 6 decibels actually was. To use the bottle jets for larger shakers, you have to lower the middle rack. Dishes are cleaner and quieter.

Had this dishwasher installed about a month ago. It is reasonably quiet overall, not whisper quiet when water is filling but otherwise very quiet. Door feels a bit light compared to my previous one. Works well and gets the dishes clean. Drying works well, except on flat items in the top (3rd) rack, but I am not surprised that water would pool on those.

Very happy with this dishwasher and professional installation service. The dishwasher cleans & dries well, is fairly quiet and has a nicely designed control panel. You can purchase the same model for similar price at any of the big stores but Best Buy provides the best in-store experience. You feel like you are talking to well informed, attentive and honest sales team members.

I bought this dishwasher to replace an LG that died after 3 years and multiple repairs. I have had it about a month now. I liked this dishwasher much better than the LG. The third row rack is really nice to have for long utensils and tumbler lids. I love the the bottle cleaner for dishes that have stuck on food. A cycle does take longer then other dishwashers I've had, but I end up with really clean dishes.

I've had this GE dishwasher for just over a month now, and I couldn't be happier with it. It works great-my dishes have never been this clean! I especially love the bottle jets, which are perfect for deep-cleaning water bottles and other narrow items. The top drawer is another standout feature-super convenient for loading silverware and smaller items. It runs quietly, looks sleek in the kitchen, and gets the job done without any hassle. Honestly, it's one of the best dishwashers I've owned. Highly recommend
