Wish we would have gone with a different one. It doesn’t clean well at all. I have to pre-wash everything and make sure there isn’t any food on the plates/utensils. We’ve made sure none of sprayers are blocked and even took out the upper rack and still have the settings to clean the upper rack, but it still does a poor job cleaning. I haven’t changed detergent either. There’s a lot of wasted space in it as well just how everything sits in it. Seemed like I could fit more in our old dishwasher. Overall, not happy with this purchase and would not recommend.

We actually had to check it to make sure it was working, it's that quiet. I did the installation myself in less than 2 hours. I'm not really sure the 3rd rack is necessary. So far I haven't found much that will fit on it.

You can not talk to the store employees by phone. Had one person that was no help at all on the phone ( She said she was in India) Had others that was helpful . It took a month to get it. My husband says Best Buy just lost him as a customer because of customer service. I have had the dishwasher for less than a month but it is working as it should.

Posted .Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! You can lock the controls to prevent selections from being made. You can also lock the controls after you have started a cycle to prevent cycle changes. To lock or unlock the dishwasher control, press and hold the Steam and Dry Boost pads at the same time, for 3 seconds. The Lock Controls light will turn on to indicate the control is locked and will turn off to indicate the control is unlocked. Lauren@GEAppliances

Came without a handle. Wii call to get it replaced. Happy with purchase. Trying to reach fifty word minimum. Have a good new years! I'm old and slow but i installed it myself. Getting down on my knees was the hardest part. Attaching to opening took a little thought. Probably close now.
