This dishwasher's super quiet and cleans dishes really well.

We love our new dishwasher! It works very well and is a great help in our busy 4 member household. It's not super loud and has an efficient 1 hour wash!!

I couldn't be happier with this dishwasher. It’s incredibly quiet—even during the heavy-duty cycle, it’s barely noticeable. The cleaning performance is excellent; every dish, glass, and utensil comes out spotless and dry, even when I skip rinsing beforehand. The adjustable racks make it easy to fit oddly shaped pots and pans, and the stainless steel finish looks great in my kitchen. I bought a dishwasher 11/15/24 that was not delivered until 12/3/24. The 3rd party installers did not install it correctly and I was displeased with the service. I called to have this fixed and requested to have another come out. For their first available appointment, I had to wait two weeks only to find out they had scheduled the exact same team to come and fix the dishwasher. I called and insisted I did not want that same people to come out and again requested a different team and was told I had to wait until January to get someone from geek squad to come out. I waited and missed a day of work only to find out, after waiting 12 hours and calling to be reassured someone was coming, that nobody was and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Finally, the techs came out to my house, 1/23/25, and told me it was installed incorrectly and that parts were missing from the dishwasher and I needed to call Best Buy to request an exchange for the dishwasher., which I did the same day After a 45 minute conversation on the phone with a representative explaining my case, and they could see all the evidence of all of the phone calls I had made, and the appointments made and then canceled by the techs, i Was told that I was outside of my exchange window date at this point, and there was nothing they could do and I needed to call GE instead. The fact that I had to call GE to try to get my dishwasher fixed/exchanged after spending money on a five-year warranty is insane and it’s deceptive. I was only outside of my 60 day Exchange timeframe because Best Buy kept making appointments two weeks out and then nobody would come to my house to fix this. Best Buy is using unfair and deceptive practices especially when it comes to their warranties and they are unwilling to make it right. I have been a long time shopper of Best Buy b/c I always had great service with geek squad but it seems the service has gone way down hill now. Dishwasher itself does not seem that bad just dont buy it from Best Buy

Good machine works good no complaints cleans well!

Overall, it cleans very well and we've been very happy with that aspect of the dishwasher however it takes an exceptionally long period of time for the dishes to get cleaned. The one hour wash doesn't include drying and then when you add in the drying it's 3 hours. Then if you add in the bottle chats or the sanitizing or any of the other features it tax more time onto it so ultimately it's going to be between 3 to 5 hours. The other thing I have to note is that on the bottom rack the wheels that they slide in and out of the dishwasher on keep falling off and if you're not careful you will have the incident that we had the other day. One of the rollers fell off and landed on the heating coil and melted, so now we're buying a new set of rollers.

This dishwasher is easy to use and has good rack space. We have no complaints so far.

Our previous dishwasher died out after 5 years, so we went in to our local BestBuy and an associate helped us pick this dishwasher out. We've had it installed for about a week now and it's been great so far. Sleek look, easy install.

Great dishwasher and very reliable brand, highly recommend it

This dishwasher cleans well and is pretty (quiet maybe as loud as a whisper). The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it did not come with any screws or bolts it had a little baggie which I believe the screws/bolts would have came in but it was empty. Then the bottom cover that comes with it was not cut properly so I had to drill my own hole to make it fit, the cutouts the plastic piece has were way too far apart.

Dishwasher has been working great,The very top rack for slim items has been life changing! the only thing I would like to change is the loud beeps when you open the door mid cycle. Would absolutely purchase again

Our GE Dishwasher is great. Very satisfied. Our last GE Dishwasher that this one replaced was purchased Aug 1, 2007 - 18 years! The Cycle Module went out. Hope we have the same life span.

Best dishwasher I have ever owned! The 3rd rack is a bonus.

Great purchase. I would have given 5 stars but the dishes are still wet even after the heated dry. But otherwise runs grwat, cleans dishes, and is very quite!
