It was an open box, slight dent item, so appreciated the reduced cost. The small crease on the front panel does not affect the dishes getting clean on the inside. We put it in our home that we are selling, and it's much nicer than the one in the house we moved to. Wish I could swap them out!

The product works well and looks good in the kitchen the noise level is low and the wash cycle does a good job. We are super happy with everything about Best Buy and happy to refer. This is not our first Best Buy purchase we always go back as they never let us down

We had to check it to make sure it was on and washing. The steam option removes food that our prior dishwasher wouldn't, and the bottle washer feature works well for all our sports bottles. The 3rd top rack is great for knives keeping them separate from the silverware.

Warranty people called to come check it out. Repairman came out, looked at the control panel, made a rude comment about housekeeping, said warranty would not cover. He had to remove cover plate in order to see the panel. I will never buy a GE appliance again!

Pretty Great. Not as quiet as you’d think.

Only issue is that my wife thought it was too loud. Our old, cheaper dishwasher has insulation on the outside. This one does not. So I added a sound insulation blanket from Amazon. Also added 4” of foam insulation underneath in the front. Now it’s quieter.
