Got this to replace an unreliable dishwasher from a different brand. This cleans better than any dishwasher I've had. Hopefully it lasts and is reliable, but I've only had it a few months.

Controls are not as "self-explanatory" as you'd like them to be. It is quiet enough but not as quiet as the Kitchenaid we replaced this with (though the same decibel rating).

once the dishwasher was installed correctly works well. Install team hooked up wrong which cost me an extra amount to hire an outside electrician,

Nice product will buy it again. This one was bought for a rental property but I use same brand at my house too love Ge products.

Wrong product was shipped but corrections were made promptly with no problems. Product seems to work fine.

this dishwasher has never worked. it took more then 10 days to get a plumber to hook it up. once hooked up it didn't work. I went back to the store but since it was past the 10 day mark they wouldn't stand behind it. I'm still hoping ge can get it fixed 3 service calls so far. still not working

Did not purchase this product although we had considered it until it was pointed out the at least one of the buttons had multiple functions.

This dishwasher began experiencing problems after less than a week of use. It began beeping and thinking that the door was not latched even though it was securely closed. We discovered that unplugging it and plugging it back in would make it work again for a few days. The only way to get it to work was to unplug it from the power for 10 minutes and plug it back in. Finally got fed up enough to call for a service appointment, and it was over a week until they could come out. Also had a huge water leak suddenly 2 days before the technician came out. Technician arrived and spent 15 minutes only to say that it was a problem with the control board and he would have to order parts. I now have to wait another 9 days for them to come back with parts to fix the problem. He said he couldn't diagnose the water leak until he replaced the control board so depending on what caused that he may have to order parts again. For the price I expected better. Buy something else.
