After a 20 year run with a Kenmore refrigerator, we had to replace it. I did a lot of research and decided on this model. I am in love with the nice features, especially the interior LED lighting! I The installers from best Buy were extremely professional, took their time and made sure everything was working before leaving. There was a minor issue with the water line. They advised how to proceed with a replacement. Quite impressed!

I loved this fridge from the moment it arrived. It was an exchange from a whirlpool, best decision ever. I had no issues with installation nor adjustments of any kind. Ice maker is super fast, fridge it self super quiet. Storage very specious. I really recommend this product!!!

We had the first one delivered and it made a rattling noise. They replaced it and it made the same noise but after reading online if you don’t plan to connect the ice maker you need to disconnect it. Once we disconnected it was great. Good lighting and plenty of room

After losing my 18 yo GE Profile, I had to go shopping. Unable to find what I wanted, I settled for a fridge of another brand. However it was returned within 2 weeks. Six weeks of having no fridge, I found this one, in stock, and deliverable within a week. BINGO! We are so happy. The newer model is not the Profile Line, but I love it. The lighting is very nice. The shelving has been upgraded. The width of each side is larger than other brands. Like the grill for the bottom of the water dispenser. The only recommendation would to add back the can holder on the door.

Great quality for the price. It has so many great features such as lots of shelf adjustments for odd sized containers like boxed wine. A meat compartment & two crisper drawers. The Large shelf containers in the door are very convenient. The freezer is very easy to find and retrieve food from without having to bend over and dig through items to get what you want & the ice container is easy to remove to fill with my party ice. And it runs so nice and quiet.

The drawer space is good on both sides, and the ice maker works wonderfully. It is very nice looking. One of my favorite features is the lights that slowly brighten once you open the doors.

It’s a good size, but it tough to fit all the food needed for a family of 5. It cools and freezes very well. The only con I can see is that the automatic ice maker doesn’t shut off when full. There is a horizontal lever that is supposed to move when the tray get full, but that doesn’t happen. They should have made that shut off lever vertical. I have to physically turn the switch off. Otherwise, I’m happy with the fridge. Oh, and get rid of any rough magnets or magnets with a metal cover. They will scratch the finish on the doors.

Very pleased with unit. Started up easily. Great improvement over the unit it replaced.

This refrigerator is on target. It is both compact and roomy. It is well lit. The water and ice dispenser is high enough for most tall drink ware. The platform to place your drink ware has no holes for drainage, but it is removable.

The size of this refrigerator is what we needed to fit our family. Enjoy having cold filtered water and ice on demand. The door ajar alarm is also appreciated. The led lighting is great.

I got this as a replacement for a similarly priced Whirlpool model. Both I and several friends have had Whirlpool have issues with not cooling, or the icemaker not working. I bought this as a replacement and have had it for a couple of months now. Things I love: Storage space Outside temperature controls Light on the water/ice dispenser so you can fill your cup in the dark Constant temperature Things I don't love: The ice maker seems intent on firing out ice like a shotgun sometimes, so it doesn't always hit the cup or bounce off the rim. Overall better than the Whirlpool that seemed to choke on ice and you had to fight for every cube, but annoying nonetheless.

Okay the color really is nicer in person and it’s so bright inside! The amount of space is decent but bigger than my whirlpool one for sure - my veggies last long and there’s no water leaking anywhere. Love the stainless finger touch quality.

Our old one the ice maker quit so I had a warranty on it . Ended up with this one as they didn't carry our other model anymore. The sales guy in store was very helpful in getting me one that would work for us with the features I wanted. Geek squad guys that delivered were fantastic. And so far we LOVE it.

Our last fridge went on the fritz, and we had to get something good, quickly! Husband wanted to keep the side-by-side style which really limited our options in today's market. This GE has the storage space, drawer space, flexibility, and in-door Ice and water dispenser that we needed. Upon initial installation, it seemed a little noisy as it worked to cool down, but after a few hours it reached operating temperature and has been barely noticeable since. The finish is true to the fingerprint-free claim and has required less cleaning/maintenance than our old "true" stainless, and it holds magnets too!

This is a middle of the line fridge. While I prefer French door style, I purchased this side by side because it was in stock. It’s not totally quiet but not super noisy either. I like it, it maintains the correct temperature. Two things are a little frustrating. First there isn’t much room for a cup or glass when getting ice or water. My glasses and water bottles are too tall so I have to hold them at an angle which means frequently stopping to check how much ice or water is in there. Second this thing shoots out ice like there’s no tomorrow. The cubes don’t totally separate before they come out and tend to ricochet onto the floor. Sacrifice at least two cubes every time I get ice. Those are my only gripes about this unit.

This is a nice refrigerator sadly it does not keep the fridge side cool enough at all times and I loose milk and a few other items sometime daily. For the size and price it is not very big and does not hold much if you do a ton of cooking like I do. The delivery guys were super great and fast. If you do not cook much, single or just a couple this would do just fine but it is not a family kind of fridge.

We purchased a GE - 25.1 Cu. Ft. Side-By-Side Refrigerator with External Ice & Water Dispenser - Stainless Steel and had it delivered to our home. The delivery process went smoothly and we are very pleased with our GE Refrigerator.

Finally had to replace my old refrigerator after 15 years. Love the slide out shelves & really bright lighting. Just wish there was more option to raise the deli drawer higher. Seems like wasted space on the top shelf. Freezer has plenty of useable space & love the roll out bins. I am very happy with my purchase.

This fridge is replacing an LG that died after 2 years. We purchased the GE because it is almost the same size as the LG and the GE got good reviews from other folks. It seems to be a fairly decent product. I hope this one lasts longer than 2 years.
