No issues so far. Cooled fast. Plenty of room. Makes ice relatively quickly! The ice machine is a tad slow dispensing but not a problem! Love the extra drawers for the kids snacks. Like the Slate color

I was eager to get my first side by side fridge but am not thrilled with how easy stainless shows fingerprints. To its credit, this model is fingerprint resistant. Additional pros are that its quiet and spacious. The only con is that I'm fearful the shelves are too thin. Any amount of decent weight on a shelf and it seemed to bow in the middle. We've learned to put the heavier items at the edges where it is better supportive. This is a big negative but can be worked around if you have a family that is conscientious about where to put things.

I really like the features on this refrigerator. Smudgeproof stainless exterior, water filter and ice maker, digital temperature setting and actual temperature display separate for both the refrigerator and freezer temps, spill proof glass adjustable shelves, large and roomy interior, LED lighting, door alarm and nice pull out bins in freezer. The unit is heavy and I find it’s not as easy as other refrigerators to pull out when you want to clean behind it, but so far that’s the only thing that’s not convenient. However it’s not something that would deter me from this model. This is my second GE refrigerator. I’d definitely recommend this refrigerator.

This refrigerator runs very well and looks great in my kitchen. It's good and cold and had great storage.

Finally gave up on my Samsung French Door fridge. Do not buy that garbage btw. This fridge is so much better. It cranks out ice, is super quiet, maintains temp well and just feels solid. Highly recommend.

Delivery was on time. Men who installed refrigerator did a great job. Like the color and inside features. I especially like the inside lighting. Everything is visible. Ice and water dispenser works well.

The old refrigerator finally gave it up. So far the new refrigerator has been perfect, glad I called Best Buy!!!

We research many days checking different brands and reviewed before We finally decided to buy this refrigerator. I bought this refrig a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. My kids used water and ice dispenser multiple times a day. I like that it had lots of dividers and room in the refrig and freezer. It is one of reason why I decided to buy this one. It seemed to have more space than my old one even though it is the same size but different brand. The delivery guys are wonderful. They called before they come and provide estimated time of arrival. They are very careful with the refrig since it barely fit my front door. They explained about throwing the first batch of ice n water, asked if I have any question, etc.

Great fridge overall. Everything works well and the ice maker is a champ. Finishing isnt as strong to our many kids.

I have limited space, but was dead set on getting a side by side. I previously had a French door with a bottom freezer that I did NOT like because I did not like "digging" into the bottom freezer to find things. My criteria other than the side by side was that I needed a "zero-clearance" hinge that would permit the freezer door to open in my limited space. I also wanted adjustable shelves and found that this was the ONLY one in my price range that provided such. I also wanted ice and water dispenser on the outside. This model has EVERYTHING and is the most attractive of the options I inspected!! I have had the appliance for almost three weeks and LOVE it. (Trust me I had reason to compare to several others!) However, it did come damaged upon delivery and I had to have the water line repaired. BB acted quickly to send a repair person. It was repaired in a week, including ordering a part. I am so pleased the repair was simple and quick as this is exactly what I wanted and BB gave me a compensation on top of all of that. I can't say enough nice things about the "in-store" service and accommodations. However, if can't find any "nice" words about the online assistance. I will cringe with dismay, if I ever have to call online for help again. I also find their website to be lacking and an overall "left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" system. I typically do most of my shopping online---but I am NO fan of BB online! Thank goodness I live close to a brick and motor store with helpful and knowledgeable associates. Love them and my new GE Side-by-Side Refrigerator.! Thanks Bloomington, IN store!

Great side by side! Ice maker works well and the bright lighting inside makes finding everything easy. Another big plus is it's quiet!! Adjustable shelving is a big help and it has a deli drawer...yes!

The day that I purchased this fridge, I'd already made up in my mind that my new appliances (I purchased a suite) were going to either be GE or LG; I found this same fridge on sale--and already read reviews, so, I told the salesperson, I'll take it! So, the delivery day came, I was super excited and more hyped about the price i'd paid! The delivery guys came in, measured where I would be putting the fridge, everything was a go! The delivery guys attempted bringing my new baby in and dinged the FRONT by the storm door not being unhinged, ugly cat-claw-like scratches, dings, BOY! I was not furious, not even moved, because I am OKAY-like cool, because I have to be; the guys unhinged the door and finally placed my baby to her new stay place, went back out and brought the handles. Next, the delivery guy brought in a sticky with BB Cust. Relations phone number and I got nowhere. I called the store, after days of this "mishap" the manager credited my account for $100-on my branddd new fridge. SO, whatever, right, because, like, things like this happens all the time. Two weeks into owning my new ice box, my fridge still has not made any ice, like, no ice! The freezer wont go below 20 DEGREES; food is freezer burning, thawing, and unthawing...we have expensive foods, and meats, my minds boggled, what am I gonna do? GE worked to get my fridge to freezing point and MAKING ice after a phone call, or TWO, but nonetheless, the fridge is working just fine today, thank God! Every good deal is not always a good deal. But she's a beauty and I hope she sticks around for as long as my other GE fridge did!

love my new refrigerator, more room, better insulated, lots of interior lights, easy use of external door dispensers, quiet, nice ring if door left open too long.

Hated to give up my 28-year-old refrigerator that still looked almost new but this new G.E. refrigerator is very nice. It's working great, operates very quietly, and looks terrific in my kitchen.

Not bad, but then again it is a basic fridge. Seems quiet and appears to hold temps and make ice. Ice maker should have separate stations for water and ice instead of having to flip a switch. Decent amount of room. Real test will be reliability. Newer models last 1/2 as long as their ancestors

Very nice refrigerator Love the adjustable shelves and plenty of lighting inside to view contents. Icemaker is nice - cubes come out in cup and are nicely formed. Geek Squad did an excellent installation. It does not show fingerprints. You might not realize from store or even seeing model in store, but the sides are black. Magnets work on front and sides.
