The worst experience I have ever had. The delivery date was screwed up. Then the refrigerator was not working. Supposed to fix the door electronics the next week. They cancelled that appointment. Called for some kind of information and talked to someone I could not understand. She said they would replace the refrigerator in another month. I canceled the entire sale and they are picking it up next week. Since then we have gotten a new one in two days from another business.
Not so very happy currently......What Geek Squad??

My new GE refrigerator was delivered and installed today. It took 6 weeks to get it after ordering it online. The refrigerator failed the first day here. Now we need to wait another 3 weeks for a replacement to arrive. The Geek Squad guy said, "We don't repair them, we just send them back." We think that they need a better Geek Squad...

I waited since November 12th for the fridge . It was to be delivered December 8th . The delivery driver had a personal issue to deal with. I do not blame the driver for the rescheduling. I do blame Best Buy for the inconvenience. I have to wait till December 30 for the fridge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY MAJOR APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY . I have to wait 7 weeks now for a fridge. If I see the same deal from competitor. I will cancel Best Buy and buy their fridge. At least they have it in stock and I won’t be waiting 7 weeks

The doors do not close on their own they have to be pushed up the water to ice machine is loud. I hate the side is black I ordered slate only the doors are slate. The first week or so I had to throw out some items due to them not being cold enough set on factory suggested temps. The drawers are cheap and thin compared to my older model. The door storage bins are very narrow the ones in the freezer barely hold anything. I regret ordering online wish I would’ve shopped in store

I thought GE would be a reliable product. But since purchasing this refrigerator, I’ve had problems with temperature controls. The freezer doesn’t freeze the food properly at either recommended setting. And the refrigerator is freezing food. I’m very disappointed and regret my purchase.

Worse purchase ever

Since installation, there are black particles in the ice that are unseen until the ice melts. We refuse to use the ice. GE has been to work on this refrigerator more than five times. They have denied the escalation of honoring their warranty. We have unsuccessfully requested BB intervene. Worse of all, we bought the suite of matching appliances. We will likely need to buy a different refrigerator and it will not match the other appliances which cost twice as much, so they will not be replaced.

Have had my new GE refrigerator a little less than a month, however it is working perfectly and am hopeful it will still be working 23 years from now as did its predecessor, also by GE!
