So far so good, much better than the french door model.

After buying nothing but GE appliances for 40 years, this is my last one. A special bypass plug is needed if you dont want to use the water filter. Water and ice will NOT get generated when the filter is expired. In addition, it is very noisy. Never again after 40 years.

Since installation, there are black particles in the ice that are unseen until the ice melts. We refuse to use the ice. GE has been to work on this refrigerator more than five times. They have denied the escalation of honoring their warranty. We have unsuccessfully requested BB intervene. Worse of all, we bought the suite of matching appliances. We will likely need to buy a different refrigerator and it will not match the other appliances which cost twice as much, so they will not be replaced.

I thought GE would be a reliable product. But since purchasing this refrigerator, I’ve had problems with temperature controls. The freezer doesn’t freeze the food properly at either recommended setting. And the refrigerator is freezing food. I’m very disappointed and regret my purchase.

The fridge arrived within the 4 hour time frame given to me, and the 2 men who came to the house did an excellent overall job, including taking out the old fridge and putting in the new unit along with hooking up the new water line for ice/water. They had a minor problem with the water hookup, but made sure everything was in working order, including making sure the unit was leveled properly. They also helped me put a rear entry door that I had removed to get the unit in back on its hinges. They cleaned everything up and showed the features of the control panel on the fridge before they left. PERFECT!! Also, a shout out to the sales person in the store who was very friendly and helpful in the purchasing of the fridge.

I wish I had shopped more! I love having a new fridge but for me it isn’t big enough!

This is a well designed refrigerator, but it arrived with some defects, so it is being returned.

I absolutely love my new refrigerator. It’s the first time I’ve ever bought my own. I recently bought a house and when I saw the refrigerator, I fell in love with it and knew it would look good in my kitchen.

First refrigerator died in less than 65 days. Second refrigerator is dented and tbe temperature is not working correctly. Do Not want to try a 3rd time with GE. Switching to Whirlpool.

So far so good. Its been a few months. 1 light on the display panel has gone out though. 11111111111111111111111111111111

Jason and Daniel are amazing. They were very helpful! They did everything perfect and ensured I was happy with the install before they left.

The worst experience I have ever had. The delivery date was screwed up. Then the refrigerator was not working. Supposed to fix the door electronics the next week. They cancelled that appointment. Called for some kind of information and talked to someone I could not understand. She said they would replace the refrigerator in another month. I canceled the entire sale and they are picking it up next week. Since then we have gotten a new one in two days from another business.

We’ve had this refrigerator for a little over a year and the bottom drawer broke immediately. Poor design. There’s no cheese drawer and not very much space in the refrigerator.

Nice refrigerator. Good quality so far. We used it for about a month now and no quality issues, No problems for our family.
