This refrigerator looks great in our kitchen. It has a clean design and glossy finish. It has easy to understand digital controls and convenient water dispenser. The room inside is ample and well laid out, but wish it had a separate meat and cheese drawer.

So far I love my new refrigerator. Since I'm a senior, I find the no-frills suits me for my use. Everything is straightforward. Obviously from pic, this is really grandma's frig (lol).

Great appliance. It chilled to proper temperature from off to 37 and 0 degrees in 10 hours. Lots of great features.

This refrigerator is the number one listed on wire cutter.com for side by side refrigerators. I can understand why it is top rated. It has been working perfectly since it was installed. I so appreciate having a refrigerator that I can count on. Again, thanks to Best Buy for their exemplary service, and help in every step -from the consultant who came to my home to the installation process.

Purchased this model when my 22 year old refrigerator died. It is a newer version of what I had. Works great. Lots of light in the refrigerator section. Not so much in the freezer section which why only 4 stars.

This GE side-by-side refrigerator is very quiet. The usable space is more than adequate. It replaces a previous GE side-by-side which featured adjustable shelves. The new refrigerator had to have that feature and this one does. The entire consultation, purchase, delivery and installation went like clock work. I highly recommend Best BuyTotaltech membership.

Love my GE Side by Side Refrigerator. Only thing I would add to this refrigerator is a deli drawer. I had to go to The Container Store and spend $40.00 for a plastic divided drawer for my cheese and lunch meat.

This is a large, basic refrigerator. But, it it does all that we need it to do in an excellent fashion. We replaced an 18 year old 23 cu ft GE Profile refrigerator with this one. If nothing else, the multiple LED lights on the inside make this model so much easier to use.

Excellent product. everything about the product is exactly as advertised, except the lighting - that is BETTER than advertised!! The installers were an absolute delight. Friendly, courteous, responsive, and made sure all was working prior to leaving. Very satisfied!

Reliable and quality product been buying GE refrigerators for 40 years

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in this refrigerator. It makes a terrible racket when running as if something is vibrating against something else. I can hear it in the next room. I plan to have it looked at while still under warranty because I am concerned there is something wrong with it. This refrigerator has the most poorly designed interior that I have ever seen. There is no upper drawer for cheeses or lunch meat or medications. The shelves are too few and too far apart. Some of the shelves in the refrigerator door are deeper than the shelves below them forcing you to bend down to see what's in the shallow shelves underneath. This is because the bottom produce drawer is so much deeper than the upper produce drawer. The bin in the freezer is about 10" deep with a 4" front. This bin is in about an 18" tall space. Frozen items fall out nearly every time the door is opened, because the front is so much lower than the sides. This refrigerator is the largest refrigerator I have ever owned, but holds far less in the freezer and far less in the refrigerator than any other. The water comes out of the dispenser at such an angle that it is barely usable. Water gets everywhere, especially if you are trying to fill a bottle, a small glass, or a coffee cup. The ice maker takes up a huge amount of space, and dispenses ice in such a way that ice is shattered on the floor nearly every time is it used. Additionally, the warranty is pathetic. I would never again buy this refrigerator. Do not buy this refrigerator. You will be very disappointed as I am. Find a better brand to spend your money on.

Works perfectly. Shelving is situated well so there is plenty of room. Looks beautiful.

Another damage i lost count already 6 or 7 fridge with damage but im so tied of the exchsnges that im keeping the last one because out of all of them the damage on this one is not as bad as the others. And the only reason im keeping it because the discount even that they lie to me i was offered on my account and was a lie they gave me a gift card

Inefficient use of space in freezer compartment and refrigerator compartment. Not enough freezer bins, frig bins or door bins.
