Best Buy delivered the new one installed it and hauled the old one away. They did a great job with the service.

It helps us get rid of our water cooler and the small deep freeze we had.

I hate the side is black I ordered slate only the doors are slate. The first week or so I had to throw out some items due to them not being cold enough set on factory suggested temps. The drawers are cheap and thin compared to my older model. The door storage bins are very narrow the ones in the freezer barely hold anything. I regret ordering online wish I would’ve shopped in store

We wanted to match the other appliances. The good news is this one is much improved from the one purchased in 2014. Lighting, shelving and freezer. Quiet compared to the last one.

The only reason for a missing star is I bought a new refrigerator for a better ice maker. This doesn’t not produce ice quickly. Initially let it fill up 3/4 before started using the ice(which took a couple days). After starting to use the ice, the bucket is only a quarter full daily. Which in turn, leaves you waiting for the ice to dispense since there isn’t enough in the bucket to push it out quickly. First cup of the day is the only one that comes out quickly. So if you’re an ice lover like me, you may want to rethink this one.
