We've had this fridge for about a month and have had zero issues. The adjustable shelves are convenient, though common on most fridges. Haven't really had to do much other than move the shelves to have a perfect experience thus far.

We are in love with our new refrigerator. It is quiet and has excellent storage space. I like the feature that it notifies you when the doors are left open too long. With a 6 year old, I know this will be handy to have.

Love the way it looks! Nice and roomy. Would recommend.

I really, really regret buying this fridge. Fridge was purchased in May2020. During the first 1-2 days we noticed the ice box was not working. Didn’t think much of it; was like, it’s new, maybe we just need to leave it alone to do it’s thing for a while (make ice, fill up, etc...). WRONG. After about 5 days, ice machine still not working. You would literally stand at the machine for 5 minutes and only get one tiny piece of ice to come out. So frustrating when trying to fill a cup of ice for a nice cold drink. Finally after about a week we decided to order a new filter. Y this brand new fridge would need a new filter is beyond me. But the ice box worked like a charm after that. Sadly the joy of being able to fill my cup up with ice was short lived. New filter was in for no more than 2 weeks and now the ice box is back to Zero or very minimal (like 1-2 ice chips) production of ice. Again very FRUSTRATING!!! If I could take it back I would. Am actually considering trying to sell it just because i hate it so much. It is now July; we’ve had the fridge 2 months, and in all that time I’ve only been able to enjoy a cold cup of ice about once or twice without having to curse at the fridge to give me ice. Aside from this another con is that any little finger print or water droplet will show on the fridge; makes it look horrible. You have to constantly wipe the fronts down so that there are no spots/prints showing on it. Other than the above issues. It functions as a fridge should; keeps the food refrigerated in main part and frozen in freezer. The issues is that if I had just wanted these basic functions I could have purchased a much cheaper fridge. I don’t know if the fridge I received was just a fluke or if they all have the same issue with the ice box. I would say don’t take the chance tho, don’t buy this fridge. I definitely would not buy again and every time I look at the fridge I loathe it. Buy a different fridge folks.

Good but too loud! A lot of space and easy to put together...

I've only had it a couple of months, but so far I'm very satisfied. It's quiet. The space is well organized. It looks good. It doesn't send ice spattering all over the floor. So I'm happy.

This is probably the sixth appliance package through Best Buy and both the quality of appliance all the way to delivery all has and always has been a great experience.

Only had this fridge a couple of days. Seems to be a good refridgerator. Like the adjustable temp settings. The door alarm and in door ice and water are nice features.

We love our new fridge! The ice maker is great to have and the option of crushed or cubed is very convenient. No more water jugs in the fridge. I now have unlimited filtered water.

There is chilled water, cubed or crushed iced and it lets you know if you leave the door open. That is my favorite feature.

We like the space inside the refrigerator. It is nice to have an ice maker again!

Great Product... bought as an open box for a great price. Would reccomend to anyone

So far I like it, But the one problem is it’s so close to the wall when I open the freezer door I can’t get the ice machine out to dump it. So that is a negative. The last refrigerator the ice machine was on the door this one is inside the refrigerator and it’s a problem to try to take out when the door won’t open all the way. Otherwise, I’m enjoying the new refrigerator.

The color is different and much better than Stainless. Works great and goes good with darker cabinets.

Excellent Side by Side Refrigerator for the price. This refrigerator is very quiet and easy to clean.

I have this for a month now and so far it is meeting my expectations. The compressor can be loud at times though. Haven't figured out if that's normal or something is wrong with it. No cooling issues and It's not to the point that it can be bothersome. It remains to be seen it that will be an issue later on.

so when we wanted to buy this new one we spoke to some friends and it was a word of mouth buy!

Very nice looking refrigerator. Would recommend. Bought this for my office. I’ve machine is plentiful.

Perfect for a family refrigerator. Good inside capacity, stainless steel, ice & water through door.
